Greg and his team have scammed a dear friend of mine. Filed a lien against her property for half finished work and demanded full payment to finish. Spoke to the county office and apparently this is a common practice. They said do not pay them because they will probably never finish the work after you pay them! Very sad. Half finished kitchen, thousands down the drain.

Went in, and no one greeted me for 15 minutes, and when they did, they seemed to be bothered that I was there. One guy was even watching something on the computer (it must have been hilarious), and he ignored me altogether.

The guy who works there is rude and uncooperative, could care less. No wonder the place is empty. Lots of other places.

Do yourself a favor and shop around. I was quoted $45 a square foot for the granite polished sealed and edges routed. When I got my quote, it actually ended up being $105 per square foot after installation. The installation is almost doubled the cost of the granite itself. It's absolutely insane. These men are ripping people off because they believe they're elderly and don't know any better. They service the villages, which is a retirement community and they pray on people who have no knowledge of how the business works. I've been in construction my entire life. I know how the business works when you quote $45 a square foot you don't jack it up by $60 to make extra money. It's absolutely Ludacris please do yourself a favor shop around and get quotes elsewhere. I got a quote on the exact same products from another company and it was 40% less than these guys for the exact same granite.

Wildwood Kitchen and Bath just finished replacing our old vanities in the master and guest bathrooms. We really appreciated their showroom. We were able to actually see samples of the cabinets, counter tops and and faucets. We decided to pick the counter top material from their "remnants" to save some money. So, they took us to the yard and storage area to make our selection. We decided on quartz for the material. We ordered white cabinets, but when they arrived from the manufacturer they were "ash white" (light grey). Wildwood Kitchen handled the problem without a single complaint. I was very impressed with the removal of the old vanities and the installation of the new ones, the installation of the new quartz tops and undercounter sinks and the final plumbing. All of this was done as scheduled. Each person arrived within the time range that we expected. Employees were efficient, friendly and professional. Every job is different, but my experience with Wildwood Kitchen and Bath deserved the 5 star rating.

Wildwood was referred to me by my daughter and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were friendly, timely and knowledgeable in their craft. I would definitely hire them back for future jobs. Thank you Wildwood Kitchen & Bath!

We needed a reno of our kitchen. Essentially new counters and sink, plus a "window" in one of the walls to act as a pass-through to the dining room. We sought three bids. One company was so busy they could not see us for at least a month. Another company came and provided an estimate. WKB was the lowest bid.The work took a long time (two months +) to start, but that is not unusual these days. I could be wrong but WKB seems to have three "tiers" of workers. They have a very small in-house crew, a few reliable subs who they have used for years, and they sub out to whoever they can for work that is outside of the usual. In our case, we needed all three. Once work began, it proceeded quickly with tiers one and two. But then, once the window was cut, the sub that was to do the wallboard work disappeared after using the usual excuse of "family medical problem". I mean disappeared. Even WKB could not contact them. So WKB hired another sub. He came for one day and then never showed again. Finally -- and I give WKB a lot of credit for this -- I got the painters I had hired to paint the kitchen to do the wallboard work and WKB promptly paid the bill. With the exception of a mistake that the in-house fellow made when he cut the "window", the job is done and we are very happy with the kitchen. WKB has assured me that they will return to make that mistake good, and I believe them.So my overall assessment is that the "sweet spot" for WKB is a straightforward replacement of kitchen/bathroom components. They have reliable subs who do a super job and show up on time. If your reno involves more than that, you should ask WKB who they are using for those tasks. The office staff I dealt with were polite, responsive and helpful.I am currently tendering a bathroom reno back here in Canada. If I could ask WKB for a bid would I? Yes I would.

Stay away from these people. They take your money up front and don't follow through. Look on the Villages fb pages and read reviews on these people. Don't want to see this happen to anyone else.l went with Home Depot. At least they did mot rip me off.
