Smells like cigarettes all over. Womens restroom was being cleaned. A guy rudely told me I had to go upstairs to use the restroom. I went upstairs, and there was a sign on the door that said do not enter medical testing being done. I would stop elsewhere if you're passing through.

Reserved and paid for a spot on line only to arrive and find all reserved spots taken. So many trucks parked on curbs and wherever, there was no where to park and have them kick someone out. Clock was out of time so I had to drive to weigh station to park. Third time T/A parking is a fiasco. Don’t have time to fight to get the money back. Never again.

Clean spot to stop parking is a bit congested but found a spot.. only issue I had was finding your ice machine. Lol it was way in the back . But at least I found it .I believe the store is under remodeling.. so was a bit congested..

If u want food, shower and fuel dont come here . Showers are down the is no restaurant no more in there pumps aren't working right at all anymore.. I think there about to shut down soon

If I could score lower I would. This is by far the nastiest TA we have ever been too with toilet paper littering ground up side of toilets to top. No toilet paper, no hand soap. Semi parking for trucks with sign don't drop trailers yet there are 8+ here. Dont come, it's nasty

Rude employees, it smelt really musty in the shower and I looked closer and seen mold in the corners of the shower.... Then I got some Popeyes and it tasted 3 days old. They don't have many options for food and the showers/restrooms are nasty. Then the receipts don't work at the pump and I ended up getting some gas on my leg as well from a leaky gas noddle.

Have a guy outside approaching your car as soon as you pull in asking if you want to buy CDs. After traveling for hours the last thing I want is to get bothered by someone while trying to get to a bathroom. My car wasn’t even off.
Listen I do markets and understand selling your products but don’t approach people as they pull in and have to pee.
The gas station doesn’t seem to mind this guy hanging around.

I contacted the shop because of a breakdown issue. I advised them that I needed a DEF filter replaced. They advised that I needed to get there before 5pm to get the part ordered. I was in derate so I rushed here before my situation worsened. I arrive to find out that they can’t even do the work because they have no computers to do the REGEN that is required!! Why didn’t they tell me that beforehand??!! Now I am stuck on their property and have to spend money on roadside repairs! This location have caused me to spend UNECESSARY money when I could’ve just drove to another location!! They knew they couldn’t do the job when I called!!!!
Update: I contacted the Petro in Ocala for roadside repair. They ended up contacting the TA and provided them a computer so that they could help me. I ended up getting my truck serviced by Joey. Joey is a great mechanic. He is VERY knowledgeable and thorough. He had issues figuring out how to clear my codes but he was persistent and got the job done. (With the help of the other mechanic named Buddy) It was a VERY stressful experience for me after dealing with other mechanics beforehand in Wildwood that basically mis-diagnosed my problems and costed me unnecessary time and money. Thanks Joey and Buddy!! Great people and great service!

It is bad, really bad. It is an absolutely filthy truck stop, deferred maintenance obvious as soon as you pull into the fuel isles. Shoddy repairs everywhere. Avoid.
