We go to this store quite often. They are always so kind and always ready to help me. The styles and quality of their clothing are outstanding. I have been shopping at Tommy Bahama for the past 20+ years in stores and online.

My experience with the manager of this store today was underwhelming at best.
It was discovered upon the first time wearing it, my pullover Tommy Bahama shirt had a pin hole along the shoulder. When I tried to exchange this for another shirt they would not accept the return. They could care less about my issue with a $99 shirt that is now useless. The statement "we are a clearance store" is what they referred to repeatedly, yet, they still charge a premium for all their products. After spending over $1,000 in the past three months with Tommy Bahama, they have now lost a customer that has recently become a fan of the brand.

The products.............I can take them or leave them. Obviously over priced. BUT I love the sales ladies. Very nice and sweet. Not pushy. So I stop in once-in-a-while and check for deeply discounted prices. I did last night. Found a couple shirts and a couple great ladies. Thanks!!!!

I thought this was an outlet. The prices were the same as regular store and sales were the same as regular store. NOT an outlet! Was clean and people were friendly.
