I can't believe they even call themselves a bank. Two days before a holiday weekend and they shut down their ATM for an upgrade. Omg. Who thought that one through. Then I needed something notorized. Mike, said we would have to wait a long while because he was busy, they are under staffed and that was that. We had to go to UPS store that charged us $20. If you are opening a bank account here, run run as fast as you can to another company. Horrible since change to truist. Horrible

this branch is always understaffed. You would think being as close to it is to the villages and the population surrounding the area they would keep more people on staff. It’ll be a Friday afternoon and they have one person working four different teller stations

This Bank has been nothing but AMAZING! Erica is the new bank manager and she has been very accommodating. Erica has helped with our larger deposits and offered financial advice and support- she has made our banking so much easier!

Always understaffed, never a branch manager in sight, tellers are not helpful. They cant even look up my account without my account # or debit card. Mistakingly deposited large business deposits in my personal account. Will not be using this branch any longer.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY THINK MY ELECTRONIC DEPOSITS WERE SUSPICIOUS AND TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT 90 DAYS FOR THEM TO CONSIDER RELEASING MY FUNDS, JUST IN CASE THERE IS A CLAIM MADE AGAINST THE FUNDS! NOT BECAUSE THERE WAS A CLAIM, THERE LEGIT TRANSACTIONS BUT JUST IN CASE!!!

1:30 pm 1 teller. Doing commercial coin through drive up . 4 drive ups open . People in line inside 20 minutes to deposit check. Sucks big time!!! Just got home and realized $43,000 was made for $4300 driving 32 miles back
