The bathrooms are not automated yet, but hey, this is hands down the best Pilot Travel Center I've been to in the country! Customer service here is superb in all departments. Plus there is a Steak-in-Shake attached to it and the food is always fresh and delicious ?

This is an older store, but very clean and the staff i interacted with was very nice (evening shift). Bonus had a steak ‘n Shake attach to it. It’s self serve order which is fine, the food was good. Service was quick.

Always a smiling face and even though they are busy, they always treat you like gold. I work overnights next door to the pilot and I receive nothing but excellence! Thank you midnight crew!
