We stopped in after a check engine light came up on a used vehicle we had just bought an hour before. Matt and DaKota were super helpful and tried everything they could think of to reset the car. Fantastic customer service and we would highly recommend this store for your auto needs.

O'Reilly Auto Parts at 800 S. Main St, Wildwood, Florida has earned a FIVE STAR review for Customer Service, knowledgeable employees and very high quality products at the lowest prices.
Yesterday, I realized that my a/c vacuum pump wasn't working so I went to this store.
Although I am new to this store, the front counter staff immediately greeted me. "Angela" explained the O'Reilly "Tool Loaner Policy" for an a/c Vacuum Pump, as another employee listened in, and offered suggestions about the a/c 134a recharge I was doing. Then Angela brought out a high quality pump which I could buy, if I wanted, or that I could use. The policy is that if I want to return it, I get a full refund - or I can keep it as my credit card already shows I have gotten it for now.
I took the O'Reille vacuum pump home, hooked it up and found it was the best one I've ever used. The O-Reilly purchase price was quite reasonable - By today's dollars, it is better quality by far, and less expensive than the old one I've been using - (which may or may not work with some rebuilding).
As for completing my a/c recharge project, it went quickly and smoothly, thanks to this vacuum pump.
As for the O'Reilly "Loan Program" - they really mean it when they offer to refund the full amount, even if you've used the item. In today's world, it is unheard of that they have such a generous policy.
The FIVE STAR review reflects my total satisfaction with the service, products and policies of the O'Reilly Auto Parts store of Wildwood. Their counter-staff is the best and now they have made me a good customer.

Wow, what great service! Went in to O'Reilly's in Wildwood for a car battery. Gus tested it and determined it was bad. Kevin installed a new one. Both were very professional and courteous. The whole process only took 15 minutes.

I bought 4 qt bottle of motor oil yesterday in Wildwood Florida From manager “ Gus” the bottle was used motor oil he didn’t make this right and it’s worth the 22 dollar loss to inform all my friends and neighbors as to how terrible this store really is

March 9 2024 I needed a new battery for my 2005 Jeep wrangler , the assistant Manager Andreas had a battery in stock and installed it for me that morning : I want to thank Andreas for his excellent customer Service and him saving me time by using the stores tools to install new battery : I appreciate it and will continue to shop and this location

I almost never post reviews, but I cannot thank Gus and his crew enough! Recently, my serpentine belt broke as soon as I entered the Turnpike. Some how, some way — I was able to make it to O’Reilly before my car totally died.Gus and his team could not have been kinder, and they immediately helped me avoid engine disaster. They quickly assessed the situation, and they sprung into action. They got everything fixed and got me back on the road in a span of 60 minutes.This store and this staff are PROS. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Thank you so much, and their efforts show there are still amazing, helpful people in this world
