Absolutely horrible. We bought a new phone and a line from here at the end of February. Absolutely a scam. We payed the extra 10 a month for the insurance, only for them to not accept the insurance. We will never be busting from any Metro or T-Mobile stores if they can’t even do the thing we are paying extra to do.

Called to buy a phone Samsung A15 which is advertised as free with switching carriers. I was told I have to purchase a case & screen protector for $150 as a bundle package. I looked the cases & protector up on Amazon & they were $8.99. You could even get the nice Outter box for $29. If you don’t want to get ripped off order online & save hundreds. The stores are ripping people off.
