I had backsplash installed by Lowes. They came and measured. Was told a two day process so the tile could be sealed. Did the job in one day because they used a fan which doesn’t help stone absorb the sealer but evaporates the sealer. Legacy Flooring who did the install came and checked the work. Guy touched the stone and said it’s good and trust him. He’s been in the business 15 years. When the job was done I had an extra 10 sqft on a 40 sqft job. I returned the tile for a refund and asked for a labor credit since I basically was charged for 10 sqft that was never installed. Would have been about $250. After several back and forth calls they offered me $65. I told them I would take a $200 store credit and they said no. Come on Lowes! I just bought a house and spent $6000 at your store and this is the customer relations you provide. #lowes #legacyflooring

I went to the Leesburg location to purchase 18 cases of flooring. I was told they had none, but the Wildwood location had 16 cases. I said I'm heading there now. I got to the Wildwood location and was told they had them, but they were bought and are being held there for the purchasing customer. I don't understand why their system doesn't show that beforehand.

Not an ideal place to shop or work at. Pay is a joke, the bonuses they will talk about are a way to pay their associates less while managers take home thousands of dollars from those bonuses.
They will not accommodate your schedule and if they say and agree to do so, they will request you do more than what was agreed to until they fire you.
Highly recommend Home Depot, higher pay, more professional and more employees. Better for everyone shoppers and workers alike.

What has happened at this store? Today at 1.00pm I had an unpleasant experience with Lowes' associates, and find odd because in the past associates have always been willing to help. First I found it hard to find a one and when I did they avoided eye contact, and scrambled away. When I found one who was walking with another customer, this person ignored me. Could have sad, "I see you need assistance and I'll be right with you", but no just gave me the cold shoulder. Thankfully, Home Depot just opened. Ugh, Lowes needs to train their floor people, but then again maybe they are making so much money, their employees can be rude to customers and they don't care.
