His product knowledge and expertise was second to none. Jeremy stepped in to help with the process and he was as equal of a professional as Gino's. Seth started our experience off wonderfully when my husband called before we came in to let him know we were bringing our uncle in, who suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s, and we needed to get him switched from android to Apple, but needed it to be smooth and seamless since he can get easily confused and agitated. Seth was amazing and assured my husband that they had the items we were looking for and would be able to take care of everything.

When we got in, Seth was helping another couple (who had a very complicated set of needs and he was beautifully patient, kind, and incredibly helpful to them), so we were helped by Kyle.

Kyle was a true saint. Under the best of circumstances, this would be a frustrating and long process, but add in medical complications, and this could have been a disaster. Kyle seemed to understand the value of not over complicating anything and truly made this switch pleasant. It’s worth noting that my uncle was NOT excited to change platforms, but we needed it for the sake of being able to utilize the amazing Apple to Apple locational services.

On top of the exemplary service in getting the right devices and without complications, Kyle spent so much time to set up the new devices to not just be ready, but be useful. My uncle walked out of their store with his new devices as identical as possible to the ones he walked in with, and that value to someone who needs consistency cannot be over stated.

I literally teared up at how kind and patient this whole team was to each and every customer that walked in.

“I have been having trouble getting good phone signal in my house for a while. I finally had time to go into a store again to address my issue after multiple other locations when I stopped in, told me to go home and call customer service which took very long to do. The lady that I worked with today, didn't even hesitate, she called from the work phone on my behalf and helped me begin a ticket process. I was very grateful for her help. Enjoy the donuts!”

“If you are having problems with your Verizon service THIS corporate office is the place to go! The staff is friendly and go beyond to ensure you get what you came for. There is a kiosk if you need to make payments as apposed to paying online. They stay busy so be prepared to wait at least an hour before you get taken care of.”

Word of caution, don't buy a phone from Walmart, it will only give you headaches.”

“Unbelievable that the closest location to my home is an hour away. Went to exchange a wifi modem that was not working. The place was filled with people doing the same thing. We had a couple of days of bad lightning storms. Not a long wait, but the new modem didn't fix my problem. Had to wait a week for service to be restored.”
