The actual appointment at the dealership was great. It's what happened afterwards. I had an oil change & tire rotation. I was on my way home from the dealership and a warning light came in in my dashboard that I had a low tire and when I checked the tire pressure it was reading 0. When I got home I told my husband and asked him to look at the tire, he said it was fine and not low. He thinks when they rotated the tires they did something to the sensor. I called the dealership and left a msg to let them know. They were closed until Tuesday for Labor Day so asked them to call me then. I did not hear from them yesterday so called again and asked for service, it rang multiple times then went to msg machine. I left another msg and still no one has called me.

I can't speak highly enough about the service department at George Nahas Chevrolet. Service Manager Tony and my Service Advisor Steve are always incredibly accommodating and friendly. Even when a minor mistake occurred, they went above and beyond to make it right, which really shows the true quality of this dealership. I highly recommend them and will continue to bring vehicles here as long as I'm around.

I moved and my normal place is further so I tried George Nahas. I'm very glad that I did. The moment that I walked through the service entrance, I saw it was clean and up-to-date. The gentleman at the entrance was nice. He told me exactly what I would be charged and what would happen if they found something. He came to let me know immediately as soon as they knew that there was nothing wrong with my tires. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. It was comfortable and the whole process of an hour seemed to just fly. It seemed to take forever elsewhere. When he brought me my invoice, the gentleman didn't just leave me. He walked me over to the cashier, who was also friendly. The price was reasonable and I was happy about that.
A good experience today.

I purchased a new Equinox and had a free oil change so it was closer to go to George Nahas in Wildwood vs where I purchased it. There's no way your service department should put on my oil filter so tight that using a oil filter wrench, monkey wrench then using a pair of pliers and 4 hours later to get it off. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never go back.
