They had a lot of cool stuff and stayed pretty busy but the people that works there were very polite. They had a lot of new cool arts and craft things which I loved.

The manager Rhonda comes off as either racist or miserable. Could be a little bit of both. Either way, she is very rude and seems like the only reason she is a manager is because nobody else would do it. Very distasteful and arrogant.

This goes for corperate, not for employees, if stores are a mess THIS is why!! I used to love Dollar General. NOW I avoid it whenever possible no matter what one because there are literally freight carts blocking isles and half the stuff isn't stocked so it's impossible to find anything you need is a customer. I used to get highly aggravated going into any Dollar General because most are like this. And I can't imagine what it's like for a disabled/wheel chair bound person, or what would happen should a fire happen. This is what it's like trying to shop in your stores. And it's been like this for years all over. To the point where I now avoid it, I'd rather pay a little bit extra and not be blocked down every single isle to the point I can't shop. That being said, I always thought (silently) that maybe they were short handed or someone wasn't doing their job but after seeing viral videos from employees, now I know the truth. And I am so sorry to DG employees we didn't know? You guys need to seriously reconsider the way you run your stores because not only have you left a poor impression of your stores before these viral videos came out.. but you are leaving your stores a mess, in disrepair, creating your own labor shortage from a high turnover rate, killing and underpaying your faithful employees to the point they can't make close to a living working for you, and chasing away customers all because you are trying to make max profits while equating your employees to slaves. Worry more about your employees, customers and less about investors. And if anyone wants to see the videos I am speaking of I posted them to my page:
