Christian at your Wildwood, Florida store, has been most helpful. He showed me how to delete unwanted incoming calls and old contacts. What I'm most excited about that after purchasing the Pulse 23 Earphones, Christian showed me how to use them and save my favorite radio stations. Christian is certainly a valued employee at Cricket. I bought a phone 4 months ago (dream) it got stuck on the cricket screen took it in today was told I needed to take it to a repair shop (didn't have time and needed phone for work) so I ended up buying a new phone cause I had to have it. Got intouch with customer care they put me over to warranty my dream is still under warranty was told I would have to send in the phone (which I will) and they would have me a replacement in 2 days. I don't need the other phone cause I just had to buy a new one so I could have it for work. Warranty told me nothing we can do for you but send a new phone. I have been a customer for 11 years with cricket. I will be finding another carrier. Very upset with this whole situation
