“I met area supervisor at the lady lake store when I was having issues finding things, going over return policies and much more. I was a little bit flustered not with anybody at the store just with the items I couldn't find and Priscilla was honestly the best customer service worker I've met. She was patient she help me look for what I needed. And she always seem happy to help me. Lastly, I'm new to the area so I'm not familiar with the stores and everything else, But I can tell you now that I will continue shopping at Ross solely because of Priscilla.”

“What a refreshing surprise. Honest-to-goodness customer service. I was looking for a gift for my lady friend and the help here showed me several outfits that just made good sense. I didn't buy every recommendation but did buy two outfits. And they wrapped it very nicely. And I'll be back. Great location across from the main square. We can spend our money anywhere, but customer service seems to be a thing of yester-year...except here at Changes boutique in The Villages, it's plentiful and courteous. Much appreciated. Thanks again.”
“Have purchased many women’s and men’s clothing and accessories from this store since moving to The Villages. Not opposed to the extra 4% the store charges for credit card use because some of the clothing is more than double at other online golf stores. The woman who is always there could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.”

“This place always has super cute clothes and they seem almost one of a kind type of clothes because they keep only limited quantities of each and they always have new items every time I'm there. The girls are always friendly. Definitely one of the cutest and trendiest boutiques around town.”
