This is a great place! For some reason a couple people complain about the no refund policy. Solution... Then don't pay months in advance. They don't care either way it's up to you and the No Refund policy is undeniably clear and reasonable. They also go over it verbally with you so there is no confusion. Mr. Baker and Kim are always super nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this facility. I have had multiple units for more than 3 years now. VERY Happy!!

I rented ground storage spaces from Baker Brothers Self Storage, on FL-44, in Wildwood, Florida. It was suggested by the clerk (Kim) in charge that I should pay in advance as a convenience money that would be held by them for monthly rents; this without any warning that unearned rents would not be refunded. Accordingly, I paid in advance enough to cover three month’s rent. Prior to the end of the second month, the rental agreement was cancelled and the rental term for the third month never began. I requested a refund for the amount advanced for the third month’s rent which never became due, but the clerk at this business refused to return our $90 which was advanced. The rental agreement and some postings around the property say that there will be no refunds of “rent.” Of course, the term for which another month’s rent would have become due and owning never commenced, but the clerk at this business with whom I got a long with fine until this situation occurred turned out to be harsh and aggressively unreasonable. When I attempted to discuss the fact that no further moneys were owed, this is the response I received: “This conversation is done.” In brief, this business has taken our money which was unearned and has improperly refused to refund it. I discovered that this was not the first time a customer has had money taken wrongfully in the same manner. If one goes to Google reviews filed in respect to this identical business, they should find another review by an aggrieved party who perfectly described the exact same improper refusal by this company to return unearned monies which were paid in advance and in good faith. Thank you for considering this review which includes only the truth. It would be impractical to hire an attorney for $90, but at least one can let others know what type of business and people they are dealing with when transacting business with Baker Brothers Self Storage, in Wildwood, Florida.

About their no refund policy. They tell you in Advance and have it posted everywhere. It is totally the client's decision to pay month to month or pay in advance. They don't care what option you choose. Great prices!! Friendly!!

Do not do business with them. They have it in your contract that they will not return rent paid by you in advance. Always pay them month to month. Mail them your rent payment at the end of each month for the next months rent. I now wish I would not have paid them ahead at all.
