We have driven in from Boston and since we arrived the experience and attention to detail was excellent , I had been to many location but I must say this was an another level , Bev our saleswomen and Todd the GM, and David from finance even Bev front the front desk reception was so welcoming , and Randy and Bobby , we had a long drive in and they have a campsite out back that’s dog friendly and also close to the village , I can’t say anything more but 10 stars and they finally sold the unit lol , we very happy and have to say there very professional and down to earth and acknowledgment towards our family and our 2 frenchies lol we’re amazing . Thank you again and have to say we will be back In the future for another motor coach, thank you again for everything ? Requena family

This is A business that has been on a downward spiral for a long time now. I would feel very uncomfortable purchasing a luxury item from people who simply don’t know how to even manage their own money. I walked in the sales showroom and it reminded me of somebody who had a dream, spent a ton of money, and failed.

As a whole this facility was unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. My rv was in for 3 months. At 2.5 months they reached out to ask when it would be in. They didn’t put all my work through the warranty I paid for. I had to ask them to rerun it and they wanted me to pay and be reimbursed which I refused. When I got to my rv it was dead which tells me it wasn’t taken care of at all. We had to chase them down for answers about our rv. They quoted us 6,000 for what another shop quoted $500. I asked to see the receipt from the manufacturer (due to my mistrust with how they had operated) which they refused to show me the S&H cost. Very poor experience

Look at all the reviews on this page!!! Most are from the Alliance Coach days!! This is NOT the experience you will get there now that it’s LAZYDAYS!!! They strive to take advantage of their customers and treat their employees even worse!!! I know this from experience!! I worked there for almost 20 years before they took over!! They’re crooks!! That’s why we all left!! Trust me!! They over inflate estimates and pad insurance claims to squeeze out every penny.!! Run far far away from Lazdays!!! One star is too much of a rating!! But you can’t choose lower….Dont trust my opinion?? I’m mentioned in one of the positive reviews….all mentioned in those comments are gone!!

I purchased a new Thor Tellaro from them in 2023, I have had nothing but problems with it since then. The RV has been in the Lazy Days Aurora facility for five months. I called the Village GM (where I bought it) to try and get some help getting the RV repaired. He wasn't in and I spoke to Finance asked for help or told him I would need to see arbitration, he said I can't help you now that you said that. He said what do you want anyways. I stated to get the RV repaired and returned. He said he would have the GM call me. I never heard from him. Absolutely the worst, do not buy from here or any Lazy Days dealership.

Sales person had the nastiest attitude, don’t waste your time coming to this place, anywhere else you go they’ll treat you better.

BEWARE! LazyDays Wildwood is horrible. Please read this review.
This has been the absolute worst experience with a repair facility I have EVER had. I have previously worked in the automotive repair industry and I cannot believe how this company does business. I will summarize our experience in hopes you don't make the same mistakes we did in entrusting this company with our trailer’s warranty repairs. For reference, we have a 2021 Rockwood Ultra lite 2511 that was purchased at the same location we had our recent service issues with.
Here are some issues we had in summary.
> 1. It took over 2 months to get our travel trailer back. Little to no communication from the beginning. The service advisory looked at the issues and told us she would contact us with information about what the warranty would cover. After about 2 weeks, no word from service advisor, even though 4 calls were made, messages left on advisors voicemail and left with front desk clerk. By week 3, still no response. I called the LazyDays corporate number and the secretary told me she couldn't get anyone at the service department to answer her either and told me she would just let her boss know. After another few days, I finally got a call from the service advisor who told me she was waiting on "parts pricing.
Now after nearly a month after dropping off trailer, we still have no idea what is covered and what is not covered and no cost estimate for out of pocket repairs. It was another week or so to finally receive a quote.
> 2. They charged us to determine if something was covered under warranty, even if it meant they just walked up to it and looked at it. After expressing to the advisory how I thought it wasn't right to charge us for something that didn't require any diagnostic time to determine if it is covered under warranty she stated she got approval from management to take a portion of it off our bill.
> 3. The facility damaged the side of our travel trailer when mowing the lot. Luckily, we were made aware of this up front and damage was repaired.
>4. The service department tried to charge me for repairs on the roof that they didn't even complete. They clearly knew they didn't perform the repair either because it wasn't even questioned when I brought it up to them. Not only that, but I had them replace an antenna and the sealant was clearly just put on that morning before we arrived because it was still wet. Kind of amazing since they told me it was ready on a Friday and I didn't pick it up till the following Monday.
> 5. They tried to charge me more for batteries I requested to purchase, than they had quoted me. I was sent a quote for 2 batteries at approx. $135 each. When I arrived, they were priced at $165 each. I explained to the advisor this wasn't the price I was quoted a month before and, from across the room, the parts lady yelled the price went up last week! I told her I approved the quote over 1 month ago and she told me she had them in stock and it wasn't my fault they waited until this week to order new ones or change the price on current stock. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing to be honest. It took the advisory another 20 minutes to figure out how to correct the price and was told she would just take $50 off. I had to explain the difference in what she quoted and what the difference is using math and showing her my calculations since hers were not accurate.
> 6. After I finally hooked trailer up to my truck and was ready to leave, I found no lights would work. When I dropped it off, all lights worked just fine. I was told by the repair technician that a 12v fuse needed to be replaced and that it “just happens sometimes”. They went ahead and replaced the fuse free of charge. This whole experience to pick up my trailer took almost 4 hours.
It was blatantly clear this service department does not care about the customer’s out of pocket expense (w

Got CATFISHED!! My fiancee and I came here, we are actually looking for 2 RV's. He liked a pop up one he saw on their website and i was looking for a 5th wheeler. Both had excellent price. We drove here and they are both "pending sale" THEN the manager gets on the phone and asks me if I'm interested in the same type of RV, I said yes of course. He had nothing in that same price range (of course) but DOUBLE the price. We both left. I can't stand it when business use this chewp technique to bring customers in. Waste of time.

We purchased an East to West Blackthorn 5th wheel and were very impressed with the entire process. Jim Whitman was our salesman and has restored our faith in the rv sales industry. We will definitely return here for our next purchase… and work with Jim again! Thanks!!

-0 is what this scammers need, first of all reception is a joke, she feels entitled just plain rude, we called to inquire about a travel trailer, the first thing in this guys mouth was, I need a deposit of $500 before we can even run your credit which it’s so bizarre but what the heck we did it. A week later we didn’t receive our deposit back so after calling half of the dealership found out they lied and our refund wasn’t processed, fast forward to now, we still haven’t received our deposit… this place is a scam, I’m sure the only reason they took that deposit was to show “they were working a deal” they are scammers stay away .
