Whoever you have working here on 7/10/24 at 8:00pm should not be paired up with a bew person learning her bad habits. I noticed the pizza was mad at 3:14pm, best by 4:14pm but now it's almost 8pm and those 6 or 7 pizzas look very crusty and over heated from the lamps. Then I've been there for some time getting gas and observing their lack of concern that they are ar work and chatting it up behind the register and just standing behind the register shows why the pizza was 4 hours old.

Stopped to add money to my cashapp and the cashier said they can't do it unless it's done by the manager. Not sure what is so hard that a manager is required to scan a barcode and accept money. Pretty sure this location is going to lose a lot of business not providing transactions that they are contracted to by other companies to make available for customers.

The employees are very unprofessional and use bad language behind the counter. Can't wait till Wawa opens across the street.

Car Wash Dryer did not work, didn’t clean the car well. Went to ask for a refund, the manager came out and asked to see my car. Like I was lying!!I told her it is the wet one in front of the store.She said cannot refund money because I used the code. Duh !! Gave me a redo code good for 30 days. So I have to guess when they will fix the Carwash. Will dispute the $14 on CC. Bad Location.

Having a gas station close by is *supposed* to be a convenience. But this place’s super loud car wash buzzer goes off every five minutes, all through the night, even when there are no cars using it. It’s insane!I called to nicely ask if there’s anything they could do about it (turn it down or off or fix whatever problem it’s having) and was answered with such a rude tone by the girl working I genuinely hope this location closes. You’re pissing off an entire complex of customers. She also acted like she had no idea what buzzer I was talking about but that’s literally impossible it’s so loud. So ridiculous and I hope this location closes. Please note I’m writing this at 4:30 am because how could I possibly sleep with that loud alarm going off constantly.

I am a 7-11 fan. 7-11 has great promotions. Great stuff, but it doesn't have Is great people working here, at least not in the Orlando area.I live in Polk County, Florida and all 7 elevens over there have great people working. Stores always have whatever promotion they're running. I've been to 3 different 7-11 locations in Orlando and they are promoting the $3 for 2 slices of pizza and a Coke, but you cannot find any pizza in any of the 7-11 in Orlando. I have heard excuse after excuse. Why there's no pizza.They're shorthanded but there's no people in line or anything There is just two employees On their cell phones. Orlando employees are just lazy.Causing the franchise to lose money. For all you pizza lovers like myself go to RACETRAC they always have pizza

RUDE YOUNG GIRL WITH NO CLASS NOTHING BUT HATEFUL AND RUDE. Rushed through my purchase and skipped through my reward that was offered. When I questioned her about it she began to be confrontational and told me that I could leave and go to a different store if I didn't like it. Then proceeded to remove my items from the register. I will no longer step foot in this store!! Second time this same employee has been totally rude to me for no reason!! Too many other stores around that are welcoming.

Every time I come in here, there are never and Slurpees available except 1 or 2 flavors and I can't get a coke or mtn dew slurpee. Please have more flavors that are actually available and not off

Went into store tried to reload my debit card couldn't reload. Never in my life have I been asked by cashier for them to count my own money hesitated at first but I let her couldn't load gave my money back after she counted 400 gave it back 20$ short

Fix your pump software. Too many options for gas to try and force people to use debit at the pump. Every 7 Eleven I go to being a rewards member has no issue reading a chip card. You are trying to save pennies forcing debit. Which is the most UNSAFE method at the pump. This wasn't the issue on my last visit. Fix it or WAWA will take business from you.... again.

I walked in this morning while my car was being serviced at Action Gator Tire a block away. Store was clean and very well stocked, plenty to choose from, and the two women working there (manager and a cashier) were friendly. The cashier was helpful in getting me signed up for the rewards program. Yay!

I only come for the gas, it's a clean gas station usually always plenty of pumps available.
