What a great experience! We were so happy with Steve and how he was able to accommodate us for a storage locker. We think the place is well organized, clean and wonderfully lit. It feels like a very safe environment. Thanks again, Steve for making this happen for us.

I stored here due to location is convenient for me. Unit had signs of mouse activity, mouse poop, when I rented it. Asked lady on duty to clean it out, which she did. A year later I find much more mouse poop in the unit and all over my belongings. I now have to wash all my clothes and beddings. Obviously I moved to another storage facility. I moved my stuff out and left the poop.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My first visit I was given a quick tour of the place and shown my bay. The doors to the corridor where my inside bay is located are self opening which is very convenient. There were several carts located near the door for bringing stuff in or out. I recommend SmartStop if you need a storage bay.

Very easy process to get into a unit. The salesperson was very helpful and answered every question. Really nice place and the price was very competitive.
