“I've only had my storage unit for a month so my only contact with any staff is limited to the phone conversation when I got the unit. I must say though, it was a pleasant experience. Very nice, respectful and even continued the process after regular hours. Not sure on their numbering system though. It doesn't run consecutive, nor an odd/even scheme. Kinda threw me off trying to find my storage unit. So far, so good though. I don't foresee any problems that would arise. Definitely would recommend these guys.”

“We needed a place to store our camper in a pinch on a Sunday for a week while we travelled further south. The place in lake city we had called a month in advance was not open when we arrived. We called around and white springs storage was the first to answer. We got everything sorted quickly and were back on the road to catch the last ferry to our destination. Owner was great to work with and super flexible.”
