After an hour of waiting I called AAA for an update, even though I had been getting updates through text messages. AAA tech called Coastal and Coastal said they never received a call from AAA. Tech gave me contact info for Coastal so I could call. Brad said he would be there within 45 minutes. He was there within 20 minutes. Lesson learned; AAA text updates are worthless, call after 30 minutes and verify. Ask for phone number of company handling service call. AAA will be hearing from me as I pay a lot of money for membership.”
