How is it ok for this buy rite to close at 3 on Wednesday yet the one in St Joe stays open? Some of us have appointments on Wednesday after 3 and still need our prescriptions! I’ll just suffer another day, it’s ok. You all go to your imaginary Church, because we all know that you’re not going with the way you all gossip in there like high schoolers. I’ve heard so much gossip going in and out of there over the years, one guy being very loud and rude about it. After people leave, he’s immediately talking bad about them and telling their business. Great prices and all but the place really needs to stay open later on Wednesday and they need to not talk about other people. At least wait until everyone is out of the store if you can’t contain yourselves.

I recently went in to buy some cough medicine over the counter and the guy named Michael was behind the pharmacy counter and appeared to be filling prescriptions and gossiping about something and I thought that was awkward. He was really loud and dramatic about it.

The pharmacist was completely rude and unprofessional to my husband. They truly broke all of the rules by threatening him and giving false information.

I have always had a great experience with this pharmacy, not only with the available products but the employees themselves. They maintain their professionalism while keeping the hometown feel one enjoys. The pharmacy tech there has always gone above and beyond to check insurance coverage, products availability, and promptly fills prescriptions. Other pharmacies typically take double and triple the time to fill a prescription. Highly recommended this pharmacy.

To whom it may concern, I called Buy-Rite Drugs in Wewahitchka to have my prescription filled in full. That's the way it was initially written but because of insurance purposes I requested that only three bottles be filled at a time at first. As I spoke to the pharmacist on duty, he told me that I could pay cash for the remainder but didn't understand why I needed it (like it was any of his business). I asked him if I was obligated to tell him and his response was "no but he didn't understand why I needed it filled right now" (again like it was any of his business because legally it was written to me that way and it should be legally dispensed at my request). He became rude and belligerent on the phone and ultimately hung up in my face. I then called back and a lady answered the phone and I asked her if there was a customer complaint line and she asked me to wait a moment and she would get me a number that I could call. As I was waiting a man named Michael answered the phone and belligerently threaten me, saying that if I called up there again that I would be forced to transfer all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and that I'm not getting any customer complaint number to call. I was calm and collected the entire conversation. I hope this behavior isn't the normal standard of Buy Rite Drugs. I truly feel that I have been violated and made to feel like something that I'm not. I honestly expected someone as a pharmacist to be a bit more intelligent than that. Could someone please reply with the actions that were taken?
