The name is General Store, and you would think that a General Store on a highway with nothing else around would allow customers to use its bathrooms. When I entered the store with my wife and young child intending to buy merchandise and asked for the bathroom, the man was very rude. He didn't look me in the eye, and he didn't speak. He didn't say for customers only, he didn't say a thing. He simply shook his head. I left my stuff and walked out. I get that a store won't let a transit use the bathroom. I get that most all stores on travel routes specifically state that their bathrooms are for customers only, but this is the first place I've ever been that denied the use of the bathroom to a traveling customer. On top of that, it was definitely filthy and disorganized inside.

Man this store has went down hill! What happen to their good employees? Tammi, sayje & jock? The ones they have now are slow and clueless. I always enjoyed when tammi opened the store, she always had breakfast ready earlier than the owner. Plus a better attitude. Sayje, tammi, & jock always went above and beyond for their customers! They were always extremely helpful and have wonderful attitudes, regardless of what was going on in their personal lives or how dreadfully hot it was in that store. Those three always did WAY more than their job! They always had the coolers stocked, ice bags stocked, and clean bathroom! They were extremely good at their jobs! Countless times they would be left alone and having to run register, stock, answer phone, and prepare orders and they did it with smiles! Tammi was the only one other than the owner who seemed to do uhaul and I’ve personally seen her multiple times use her PERSONAL phone to do the rentals. And multiple times she’d be the ONLY employee there! Jock, sayje & tammi never got enough credit, or respect they deserved. Bring back you’re good employees! I now dread going into this store, because I know it is going to take forever for the cashier to assist me, and the coolers are never stocked anymore.

To be in such a very rural area, this convenience store offers many items. They serve really good pizza at a great price, as long as you can catch kitchen open. They also sell lottery tickets and Sunday beer.

The cashier Tammi has been a great help anytime I have been to the store and has went out of her way to help in anyway she can! I recommend M&M General Store to anyone passing through!

I usually dont do reviews unless its absolute necessary. But this time it is and I just have to say how WONDERFUL TAMMI IS! This girl right here goes above and beyond for her customers! Every time shes working it feels like home walking in because shes so down to earth and so sweet! She will help you in every single way possible ! I would drive hours if I had to just to get to this store because of her! Definitely highly recommend the mm general when her or the owners are there ❤ such wonderful people!
