Had a fantastic experience at Weston Lakes Animal Hospital for my cat Mochi’s dental procedure. I spoke with Carolyn on the phone about how my cat appeared to have some black teeth, and she was able to squeeze me in to come in that same day for the dental consultation. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. Jessica, the dental technician who assisted us, was truly exceptional. She took the time to explain the entire dental process, making sure we felt comfortable and informed. Before and after the procedure, they kept me updated and reassured me that my cat was in great hands. Afterward, Jessica provided clear instructions for post-care, which made the recovery process so much easier. The following day, Carolyn called to ask how Mochi was doing. It's evident that the entire team is passionate about animal care. I'm so grateful for their expertise and compassion highly recommend Weston Lakes Animal Hospital to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care. I had been taken my 2 dogs to Weston Lake Animal hospital for a couple of months now. However they refused to take in one of my dogs in for a nail trim service yesterday after we have confirmed the appointment. After waiting for 15 min for my appointment, the receptionist informed me that they cannot give my dog nail trim because they couldn’t properly sedate hime enough to keep him from struggling with the nail trimming. They told me to go to a dog groomer instead. I couldn’t believe my ears and I confirmed this again. The receptionist went into the back room to confirm, and repeated the same thing. I was sent back out without any service after I took the time out of my busy work day and make it to the appointment. They couldn’t tell me this before hand or at the time of confirming my appointment? In addition, if the vets there are unable to “sedate” my dog properly for just a nail trim, I really question the capabilities and the skillset and the qualifications of the vets and the staff.

They took care of my frenchie and did a great job. He is usually a bit difficult with strangers but at Weston Lakes Animal Hospitals they were understanding with him and took the time they needed to make sure he felt comfortable. I feel great to have them as partners in my pet’s care! Thank you!

Very expensive. My dog had an anal gland issue they were charging me 5timed of what my previous vet charged. I’m glad I went to other place they did amazing job, didn’t make us wait for hours

Came here for the first time because my dog has been vomiting all day. I was helped by Carolyn and Hailey, they were very sweet and attentive. They gave me different options, and explained everything in detail so I could make a decision on what to do. Overall had a great experience and will be coming to them from now on, Lucky left feeling much better ???

Terrible. Our puppy came out of the examination room terrified. I had not seen that behavior before or since. They tried to charge me $1,700 for a neuter. The estimate was filled with unnecessary procedures and charges. From my experience, they are all about gouging the customer. It's about nothing, but profit. If you do go, check your bill. Ask them questions about what is required and what is elective.
I recommend Weston Road Animal Hospital. The neutering cost us less than 1/3 of what Weston Lakes tried to charge. The staff was caring and my puppy wasn't afraid
