I absolutely love going to Weston Jewelers. I take my watch collection to get serviced and resize the bands. Aura assisted me today. Excellent customer service. I have had the most amazing experience dealing with Weston Jewelers. I purchased a gift for my husband and Danielle was extremely helpful and worked with me to find the best gift for him; once he received it, he was in love. I would definitely recommend Weston Jewelers. Ask for Dani, she's amazing and can help guide you in finding the perfect piece that best suits you. I had a wonderful experience working with Danielle (Dani) at Weston Jewelers. I started my search online for the top local jewelers and ended up visiting Weston Jewelers as they are minutes from my home. I found just the type of timepiece I was looking for. Danielle was extremely helpful, gave me a tour of the store and let me try on a few different pieces. After almost deciding on one, Dani recommended I sleep on it to feel comfortable about my big purchase (I loved the no pressure sale). I did and returned the following day, leaving home with my gorgeous piece. They have so much selection at a great value, I definitely recommend them for your jewelry needs.Weston Jewelers (and Danielle specifically) has won my wife and I as a new regular customer for such an amazing experience.

Having been a Weston resident for over 30 years I had never had the opportunity to purchase anything from WJ but always admired their beautiful jewelry in the window. That however changed today when I purchased a beautiful bangle for my wife’s birthday. A big shout out to Daniella who was excellent- very patient and willing to provide a profession service which was sensitive to our taste and budget. I was helped by a lady named Aura Comas and she was the BEST! She greeted me with a smile and offered me her help with whatever I needed. I asked for a safety chain. I also needed it by today because I leave to go home on a flight tomorrow at 6 AM, but she said they weren’t able to get it done today. I totally understood because I came pretty late in the day, too. But, she didn’t want my bracelet falling off of my wrist so she went the extra mile and had it tightened for me. I’m so thankful for this little act of kindness she did for me because she knew I was nervous about it falling off my wrist. We made small talk and she was very personable, too. If you need help with something at Weston jewelers, ask for Aura! Thank you!!

The team a Weston Jewelers is the finest staff I’ve ever interacted with in the jewelry industry. I had no idea what to buy for a Gift. The staff had honest great suggestions! Ed the owner should be proud of his team ! I will let all my friends know where to buy there fine jewelry and watches!

I am a first time visitor to this jewelry store and I am looking forward doing business with them in the future. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Andres Ospina. I am in the market for a new watch and he sat down and explained all my options. I placed an order and I'm currently waiting for call one the watch arrives. I was assigned to Raciel as a sales person. I have not had much interaction with him but so far everything has been good. I will update this review once I go through with the purchase.

Your store was was highly recommended and I’m incredibly happy and grateful I stopped by! The selection of watches and jewelry here is second to none! No need to travel elsewhere for anything! Everyone here is extremely warm and friendly. I was attended to by Ray. He is absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly, patient, honest and trustworthy!
