Every time I come into this bank, there’s an attitude and 0 assistance. I used to go to the Wells Fargo next to markham park but since that’s closed I’ve been forced to come to this location. It truly is the epitome of slow and unhelpful. The banking staff makes sure you leave annoyed. If you don’t speak Spanish, trust me, they will def not prioritize you. I truly truly hate coming here and have started making the commute to another location. This location makes me want to close my account with Wells Fargo and might just do so.

Absolutely the worst service in history of this bank. The manager Pedro is incompetent and does not know what he’s doing. I arrived at the bank at 9 AM And at 9:32 I was still standing in the first place in line. They had five tellers behind the screen. It seems that one of them arrive late for work two of them. We’re doing the exact same job, and one person was occupied. No one came around to ask us if we needed anything or to tell us they would be with us in the moment we stood there And were ignored, when I started to make a big deal and tell them that I was standing in line for 30 minutes they eventually attended to myself and the gentleman standing behind me. Terrible terrible service at this location and the manager and the financial manager were very rude when I started getting loud telling me god bless America thank you for your patriotism . They need to review who they have running this bank.

In this visit to the branch My wife and I were in a rush because my wife need it to open an account and we couldn’t wait for an appointment we explain this to Mr Josue and he went over and beyond to help us right there even with the tight schedule in what the branch was. Mr Josue thank you very much for your help and kindness.

It's too bad that so early you find people who are so arrogant, the lady with the surname Toribio, the first thing she said when she arrived that we didn't have much time, she put a lot of buts to open an account, I went to another bank and opened it without problems, Hopefully they give guidance to their staff on how to treat a client... very bad

The manager here Enrique Loran is unprofessional and rude. Recently a family friend's husband passed away. She reluctantly went into the bank about a month later holding the death certificate in her hand. She was approached by Enrique and told him the situation, that she needed to remove her deceased husband from the account. He was short with her, told her since she didn't have an appointment there was nothing they could do for her. She was told to go home and that the bank would contact her. No one ever contacted her, she went to a different branch and they took care of her although she had no appointment since they had sympathy to her situation. She then switched banks so she wouldn't have to deal with this manager since he is at her local branch. This is one instance, many neighbors have had negative interactions with the same manager Enrique Loran. Avoid this bank and it's horrible manager at all costs if you like being treated like a valued customer of any sort. I would give zero stars but there is no option for that.

Today Josue was my hero, I did not have an appointment, a needed a document that was due today by the end of the day so I called several establishments and most of them were very rude telling me that they did not have an appointment some of them said until next Monday, I called this establishment and they told me that they could possibly give me one, so I walk in and Josue told me that he was not supposed to do it because I needed an appointment but he try and still decided to help me, thank you Josue. I'm glad to know that there are still people as kind as you.

Very unprofessional... I have been banking here for a while. I brought in a check from my insurance company which all the signatures were guaranteed by the endorsers banks but for some reason the manager would not allow me to deposit it into my savings. I had just left Suntrust to get my signature guaranteed and they were willing to deposit the check as endorsed by all parties. After speaking to the manager and the check being denied for deposit I asked her to just close out my accounts and I'll go elsewhere but she said nope I can't help you go on line and have them do it because we do not have time for you. Completely frustrated I went to the teller requested a cashiers check for the majority of my funds. I am now transferring the remaining balance of my account via internet to charles swab as I am done with Wells Fargo. I can't believe this branch made me feel criminal as if I was doing something illegal by depositing a check from my insurance company.

Today was the first time I have been back to the bank in person since March. I have to say the experience was excellent thanks to Emily Mendoza, she was very pleasant and helpful and deserves praise for being a great professional but also a nice person. I have never had any negative experiences in this bank in the 7+ years I have used it and today was no exception thanks to Emily. Thank you all!
