I am writing while still at the parking lot of the Weston Indian trace Wells Fargo branch. I was here on March 4th and paid my safety deposit box. The teller took for ever and I could see he was struggling it seemed he had not done that before . After almost 15 minutes I asked him if there was a problem with the payment and he answered me in a rude and abrupt manner “no there is no problem”. Well, as of today the payment doesn’t show in my account. I went back very patiently and spoke to a gentleman that works there he told me he would look into it. After 20 minutes he came out and put me with someone else to look I to so I was passed on to an employee by the name Olivia Melean. She was on the phone for a long time looking into this and the one time I asked her if they had found the payment she rudely replied”I don’t have any information when I do I will give it to you” I said ok. Finally she said it would take 10 business for the payment to reflect on my account which happened when payments were made in cash. I replied that’s odd I have this box for 20 years now and i have never had that issue her replied (Rudely again) was “what does that have to do with anything?”. I said “ I am just commenting that it has never happened to me before, I don’t understand your attitude, the teller attitude” she snapped at me “I think the problem here is you”, stood up from her desk and marched out of her office leaving me sitting there while disappearing behind a door. What happened to customer service? Why are these employees at Wells Fargo so disgruntled? I don’t want to generalized I have dealt with Andres Gamarra at that branch for many years he has always been a pleasure to deal with, very respectful and helpful (even today he offered me a cup of coffee). On Monday I opened up another account at that branch with Julio he was great, very personable to deal with but my experience with that teller on Monday and the Olivia Melean today have been very unpleasant. Those two acted like they were doing me a favor like I was really bothering them. I am a customer and has been a customer for more than 40 years !!!For Gods sake Wells Fargo do better in hiring!!

Always pleasant ,polite,& as prompt as they can be.SURE WISH they were open til 6pm ,maybe 2 x week, or til 2pm on Sat♡.

The best branch in all of MIAMI, VAL ARROYAVE is an excellent advisor and speaks Spanish, she advised us in the best way possible.
I wasted my time in branches near the airport, it is definitely worth going to Weston for procedures with Wells Fargo, congratulations for such friendly staff.

My son opened his first checking account at this branch and the manager took his time to explain everything about the responsibility of having a checking account to the details of making transactions and setting up his app and apple pay. Thank you!!

TOTALLY INCONVENIENT. I went twice and the bank was closed when on Google says 24 hours. There's no number to call to the branch. Last time I went yo open and account for my son and the gentlemen told me "it's 4:45. To open an account takes 45 minutes. You need an appointment. I got four more accounts with this people and I'm moving out. What a stupid way to lose a customer.

Bring a meal when you come to this Wells Fargo because you're going to be waiting a while. 10 people waiting. 1 teller. And 1 other guy comes out of the back occasionally. They move like snails and have zero motivation.

I love this bank, I trust this bank very much. Even though they have their issues, they are still very trustworthy and kind. I would definitely recommend this place. I also suggest to come to this bank with forgiveness just in case

Customer service is amazing. It always looks like you are the first customer of the day . Love banking here
