My phone stopped working last Sunday afternoon and after Apple Support couldn’t help me over the phone, They said I needed to go to the Apple Store to get It resolved. I decided to go to Verizon near my house to see if they could do anything. I walked in around 4 o’clock, they’re closing at 5 o’clock, and there were four Parties being attended to by one employee , he was by himself. I didn’t get his name but he did an amazing job at helping everybody, seemingly simultaneously, moving from party to party. He solved my issue ( bad chip) in a few minutes and had me on my way quickly and with my phone working perfectly. Just an outstanding employee and I wish I would have gotten his name.
