I've had nothing but great experiences at the Weston UPS store. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to make sure my packages are shipped correctly.
On my last visit, I had several packages to send, Ana was very patient in ensuring each label was printed clearly and double-checked everything to avoid any mistakes, which I really appreciate.
The store itself has a clean and professional atmosphere, and the staff always seems happy to answer any questions I might have. I would definitely recommend this UPS store location to anyone in the Weston area.

Prejudice Unprofessional Imbeciles!! This is the worst UPS store location in Weston. I visited this location a few times, the workers are lazy and unhelpful, they lack good customer service and communication skills. If you have multiple packages, they print the label and put it loosely near each package then move on to the next customer instead of taking the time to peel the to label then place it on each package for delivery to ensure there are no mistakes. It has happened to me when the labels were mixed up and the wrong item was delivered. There's this young female employee that dresses provocative & unprofessional she wears leggings and alters the UPS shirt with tying a knot exposing her back and mid- drift showing off her belly ring. She looked more like she was dressed for cheer practice and not for a professional shipping JOB.
This female had absolutely no common sense she attempted to force a large 20 inch box into a medium clear bag, I had to tell her to leave it in the brown box the product was packed in. Then her low IQ geriatric manager Ana Huguet became rude & irate with me just because I wanted to wait and see with my own eyes that it was packaged properly, she wanted to argue with me but I remained calm & told her that I didn't want to argue. I don't argue with degenerate imbeciles especially about something so trivial. Learn how to do your job correctly and treat patrons with respect regardless of Race, Nationality, Age, Gender or Religion. If you're a customer that's non- Hispanic and don't speak the language you're most likely going to be treated differently at this location.
Ana need to stop trying to be the cool grandma and more of a manager that the young, immature employees can learn from example. Ana you are not their BFF you are their boss and mentor, start behaving like it before someone else takes your place and run this UPS store like a real BOSS! You never know which patron is evaluating your business!!

The only UPS store in town I trust. The staff is nice, and efficient and never make me feel like a burden. They have helped me with everything: packages, notarizations, you name it.
