Santiago is an amazing resource for anyone interested in selling or purchasing fine pieces of jewelry. His response time is excellent, he is incredibly courteous, trustworthy, and easy to work with, his prices are fair, and his online selection is noteworthy. I have bought a number of Cartier pieces from him (a Panther statement ring in while gold, for example) which would have been double the price new, yet they looked essentially new — they are flawless. In short, I award him the highest possible marks!
