It's just a gas station, right?? Well, how about if they literally shut the pump AND lights off while you are in the middle of your fill-up without any warning or response when questioned ? This was at 10 PM while their Google info reads "open 24 hours". Here the customer gets NO respect from the management. And I have tried their car wash: make sure you bring several cloths and cleaning solution because you will need them to clean the car yourself after their so-callled wash.

No one speaks English that works there. Went in after spending $55 on gas to use the facilities and there was a woman mopping the woman’s room and tells me I can’t use it in Spanish. The proceeds to tell every woman working there in Spanish that I can’t use bathroom because the floor is wet. I asked to use the mens room because it was an emergency. And she said something to me in Spanish that I could not understand and her and the other workers laughed at me with a store full of clients . So I left. Btw I’m 3.5 month pregnant. Very rude staff. No communication available.

This morning I had the most terrible experience at this place. The new kid at the cash register made a mistake and instead of putting the $30 of gas in pump 4 he did it in #5. I told him I understood when he apologized, and after 15 minutes of waiting, I said just put the money back on the card. I had a meeting and I had to go. They said no, so he came out and put the gas in my car. As I was about to leave the very scary and savage manager came up to my window and I thought she was going to apologize again, little did I know she was going to attack me. She asked for my credit card because again, he had made another mistake and canceled my payment, so she wanted my credit card to see the last four digits. I said you can't have it...I have a receipt. She said, "give it to me" and I said, "no, that's my proof that I paid." She then reached inside my car and ripped the receipt out of my hand. I said do you need me to call the police and she ran inside the store to call first. I went back to the store to pay cash and I asked for a receipt for the cash and, she not only didn't give it to me, but told me to never come back, because I wasn't welcome in her store. BEWARE! They make mistake after mistake and have the nerve to yell at you as a customer as well as display deplorable and uneducated behavior. I feel sorry for the employees because they have to work for such a vulgar woman they have as a manager every day. She doesn't have to worry about me ever going back. That's for sure.

IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS OLD MAN WITH GLASSES & AN ACCENT ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT & COUNT YOUR CHANGE IN FRONT OF HIMI am just leaving this Shell Gas Station today 7/22/2022 and the old thief with an accent and glasses behind the counter there will lie to you and try to rip you off.It is not 10pm I entered the place at 9:05pm to play the lotto and this man stated it closes at 9pmI play enough to know it doesn’t close until 10pm and I wanted to play he continued to state to me and another customer it closes at 9pm but he then share to try another gas station. So he contradicted himself. My daughter needed a drink in which I gave a $20 bill to pay for it. He gives me all these one dollar bills with no receipt. I then requested for the receipt and I count the money in front of him and as I thought it was less only $7.44 and not $17.44 He tried to act like it was a mistake but I let him know quick I’m not like other people and know a lazy punk & thief when I see one.He said something rude but I don’t talk to trash made my daughter stop pumping the gas and left.IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS OLD MAN WITH GLASSES & AN ACCENT ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT & COUNT YOUR CHANGE IN FRONT OF HIM

I'm very concerned as of today I went to wash my car. I went inside bought "the works" $11.77 which is supposed to be the most complete car wash. I went to enter the code and a young men was indicating me to just to keep going, I tried to enter the code but he didn't let me to, and just made me drive into the carwash. I was out of there in a manner of 3 minutes the most. My car is not very clean after-all. My concern is: how the young men knew or programmed the machine to do "the works" when: 1st: he didn't ask me 2nd: I wasn't able to enter the code 3rd: I got out in less than 3 min and my car looks like if would've paid the basic car wash?

The pump credit card reader wasn’t working, so I asked to “fill it” inside. Nobody knows how to activate a pump without a specific dollar amount? They had to ask a manager, who wasn’t there. Really? It’s a gas station, not rocket science

The best store in Weston. Small but cozy and super clean. The restrooms are always clean. They have a cafeteria inside with delicious pastries and the best Cuban coffee! Customer service is always outstanding! I love to come to this store all the time!

Best car wash in Weston, would recommend coming here especially on Tuesdays they have the works wash half off for 5$ you won’t be disappointed.
