Gabriel the employee, manager , owner I’m not sure on shift . Was present when I was charged for gas. I went to pump my gas . Nothing came out. Simple fix ,no? I go inside and He said I was only charged five cents and I need to pay the remainder. I pulled up my mobile banking app and showed him the charge. He told me there wasn't anything he could do about this as his system says I was only charged five cents. And even though that there was a Timestamp attached to the charge on my banking app he could not confirm that this charge From his shell at that time. The female employee who initially charged me, made a comment about how this is a mistake only old people make…. I’m not sure exactly what she was referring to as I wasn’t paying her much attention , all I was trying to do was get gas. I contacted my bank in the gas station parking lot explained to them what happened and the money was back in my account in seconds. I proceeded to go up the street to the Exxon and get gas .
I’ve been going to this gas station for Over 10 years. This was such a minuscule Incident that could’ve been easily resolved with A moderate level of human decency and basic customer service That, unfortunately, is no longer mandatory in order to keep employment in this day and age. Mr. Gabriel and the female employee on shift seemed giddy About the situation. Going in and out of Spanish speaking negatively about me as I stood in front of them.
I hope, Mr. Gabriel is not the owner. And the owner gives Mr. Gabriel the much needed training he needs.
(Update it’s months later , same 2 individuals work there and are just as pleasant. Shell Responded stating that they would pass this message along to their operating partner. That’s even more discerning to know that the operating partner is aware of what happens here.) Exxon up the street is great.

This is your typical Shell with the usual & customary service you expect from any other fueling station with a convenience store, car wash, vacuum and air & water station.If you’re on empty and can’t reach another station—fuel up! Just know that on average, it’s going to cost you at least $.10 more a gallon than at any other gas station in Weston. I don’t know why but that’s the fact—so I would consider this gas station as a last resort.

This is your typical Shell with the usual & customary service you expect from any other fueling station with a convenience store, car wash, vacuum and air & water station. If you're on empty and can't reach another station--fuel up. Just know that on average, it's going to cost you at least $.10 more per gallon than at any other gas station in Weston. I don't know why but that's the fact! As an aside, I recommend you enroll in the corporate free fuel program to save $.05/gallon before you pump by simply entering your phone number. When you link your GRUBHUB account, you earn to save $.10/gallon off. Even still, it's a lot and unfortunately, I consider this a last resort.

Staff is kind and the gas pumps don’t scream ads in your face, nice gas prices too for being in Weston.

Most of the time the gas stations out of service Also the car wash doesn't working properly. you come in 4:30 PM 4:30 am they always have an issue with the gas stations with the no gas. Today October 3rd 2023.

Trash. On my way back north, First of all they don't have tap pay at the pump. Then the machine acted up and I had to re do my payment all while my dog and cat were in the car cooking.
