After Bank of America provided my son with a pre-approval letter but failed to live up to their proposed deal terms, we had to ask the Seller for an extension to explore alternative sources of financing. Payman Tabib said his team would get the deal done in 2 weeks. He ordered an accelerated appraisal and guided us through the underwriting process. I am convinced that we could not have closed on this purchase within the stated timeframe if Payman had not been working the deal on our behalf. We are not only grateful to Payman but would not hesitate to recommend his mortgage brokerage services.

I would highly recommend Payman and his team at Prime Time Mortgage. They went above and beyond in making the mortgage process as clear and seamless as possible.
