“If I could leave 10 Stars I would! Luis and Alaney are exemplary of everything a compassionate, and dedicated Cricket associate should be. In November of last year I purchased a Motorola Razr. I absolutely loved this phone. Unfortunately, a line appeared on the screen and the display stopped working. I got a Galaxy S20 from a friend and spent two days having difficulty placing it on the network. Another store could not figure it out despite multiple attempts to try to connect the phone to the network even with it unlocked and multiple trouble shooting attempts. Not at this store. For 2 hours Alaney and Luis worked to get my phone up and running relentlessly. They offered nothing but patience as my phone performed endless updates and offered severe frustration. Not only will I be sending anyone over who needs service, but I will be back when I'm ready to buy a new phone thank you so much! You guys are amazing! I have never had such a wonderful experience like this in needing help with a phone!”

“As a longtime boost customer, I have NEVER had trouble with phones or service itself. I also have run into a LOT of trouble with surrounding stores near Hollywood. I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. I recommend this store if you want to be treated right and with respect! As long as this store stands with these ladies, I will bring my business here!!!”
“I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Sandra Shatat's assistance yesterday at the AT&T location in Sunrise. I arrived feeling very frustrated and stressed due to a mistake made by an AT&T operator over the phone. Sandra was incredibly efficient, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She took care of the entire situation, detected the mistake, and corrected it promptly. Her kindness and diligence were greatly appreciated. If everyone worked as hard and diligently as Sandra, I could only imagine how much smoother the process would be.”
“Went next door to Michael’s to pick up some items for a paint date. My mom recommended I try looking here and wow, I found a ton of cool goodies that I normally wouldn’t find at a five below. In addition, the store is neat and things are easy to find. Sharon at the register was extremely pleasant and kind. I’ve gone to a lot of stores in the past, but her demeanor was a breath of fresh air. More people should be like her. I’m definitely coming back :)”

“On Saturday I arrived with the intention of purchasing a product in the store, they placed me on a waiting list to be attended to by someone who spoke Spanish, unfortunately I waited an hour and I could not be assisted apart from me there were more people waiting for someone who spoke Spanish. On Sunday I attended again and this time they were able to help me, it was incredible attention from both Jeff (the only boy who spoke Spanish at that time) and the manager, Amanda, yes, I remember correctly, both of them were able to solve my concern and help with what I needed.
I give 4 stars because I think there should be more people who speak Spanish in the store. I want to highlight that on Saturday there were 5 people who spoke English and only 1 who spoke Spanish.
I know that we are in the United States where English should be spoken, but there are many people who unfortunately cannot, they are barely arriving or, as in my case, who understand it very well but cannot communicate in the same way.
I hope they can hire more people who speak Spanish. This store is one of my favorites.
