I love the club and enjoy everything that offers. All the trainers are awesome and professionals. I have been working out with Mike for a while. His small groups coaching had helped me to improve my fitness level and increased my strength. He makes me work hard and get the best of me.

I have been at midtown for many years now, maybe around 7 and Mike has been one of a kind type of trainer. He knows exactly what he is doing and makes you push yourself in every single workout. I love how he incorporates many different types of workouts and introduces you to new ones that will target the muscle you want. I truly love his energy and the effort he puts into all training sessions.

Midtown is my happy Place, I enjoy my work out every day, the facilities are amazing, everything is well organize and clean. All the coaches are amazing, I love to do my group sessions with coach Mikhael, he is professional, kind, respectful, helpful, challenging and always pushes us to do the best., best coach ever. !! He always puts a smile on our faces, He takes out the best in us and inspire us in so many ways.

I love Midtown. It’s my second home. I enjoy Al classes, and the amenities are the best ones you can find in a club in South Florida. I have many friends there, and the coaches are the best, Ever since I began training with Mike, He is an amazing coach, he pushes you to your limits as well as leads you to success in terms of your fitness goals. He has taught me so many things and even though I have been training with him for over 1 years, he teaches me something new everyday, best coach at midtown!

Since I moved to Weston I became a Midtown member with all my family. We believe it is super important to develop healthy habits surrounding for good vibe people. Midtown has all of this. The most professional coaches, an amazing place and really nice people working on. I have taken private classes with many of them Mikhael , Donna, Eryn, Aurelio, they all push to challenge yourself in every exercise. Mikhael always worries about our health and our best performance in class. He uses every equipment he can into challenge ourselves. Donna makes your full body rock in every training, she knows what a women needs to work after 40!! Eryn’s private sessions are extremely hard, she always focus on the technique and to be better on my balance and coordination, and Aurelio’s booty shop class makes me feel exhausted and thinking why I didn’t start 20 years before. Definitely I ❤️ my club.

Our family has been a member of Midtown for 15 years. Our time at the club has included KidTown, class, personal training, and new friendships to last a lifetime. To say that the club is a huge part of our lives is an understatement.We appreciate the warm welcome from the front desk, professional instructors, a spa with excellent massage therapists, and of course the personal trainers.While the classes are outstanding we have blended the classes with personal training enabling us to drill down to a more personal approach to our specific requirements. In doing so we have worked with several trainers. All are excellent and any choice is a good choice. Over the past few years Mikhael Ricks has been our go to for that one-on-one, couples, or small group program. He has the most unique approach, disposition, and motivational approach it works and drives us. He is truly the only human that can get my husband to actually show up. Me… I show up willingly and looking forward the the next challenge. As I tell him, “you own mefor the hour” and I do my best to meet his expectations (and mine). He keeps it real, interesting, and fun - we know he truly cares.Let me stress that while personal training is amazing you don’t need that to achieve goals at Midtown. The classes are phenomenal and allow anyone to achieve their goals with expert support and well trained individuals.I don’t know what I would do without Midtown. It is the perfect fit for the healthy lifestyle I enjoy… even my husband. The next step is instilling/motivating our teens to join the fun.Thank you Midtown for helping to create a well rounded lifestyle for us!

Midtown Athletic Club is one of the best investments done in recent years. Enjoy spinning classes with Pia, Strength Excel with Mikhael Riks, Bodypump with Teri, Boot Camp with Sean, among others. Those are courses available on the days and times that I am able to go. Have taken classes with other amazing coaches as Donna and Aurelio.

I have been working with Teri Lewis for both Pilates and group classes, and I can confidently say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, Teri demonstrates a level of expertise, dedication and genuine care that truly sets her apart from other instructors.First and foremost, Teri’s knowledge of Pilates and fitness is extensive and impressive. From her education and certifications from the Gray’s institute, she possesses a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement mechanics, allowing her to tailor each session to my specific needs and goals. I have been going to Teri for at least once a week for the past two years and none of my classes have been the same. Teri provides bespoke training, if there is such a thing.Whether I was looking to improve my knee, core strength, increase flexibility or enhance overall fitness, Teri has the perfect exercises and techniques to help me progress effectively. What truly stood out to me is Teri’s ability to create a supportive and motivating environment.
