We just came from getting blood for my 11 year old daughter and the Lab tech was wonderful with her. This was the first t8me that my daughter didn't cry leading up to the blood draw and when she did the blood. She always had a smiling face and kept my daughter calm that she felt comfortable with her. Thank you again!

Some of the rudest people you’ll meet. Had to come back multiple times, so I had different people attending each time, and man - some people should just find a different line of work if they’re just not meant to deal with people!

I would like to say Thanks to Labcorp staff and specially to Alicia. Besides being so sweet and professional Alicia solved all the issues with my blood work order. I really appreciated a professional that loves what they do, and she is one of them that deserves a 5 stars review. ?????

Unorganized, asking questions in front of other patients that should be asked privately. Waited over 1/2 hour over appointment time.

I have been here countless times and everyone is so polite and helpful. I'm definitely not a fan of getting blood work done but they make it painless and stress free. Will definitely be coming back to this location soon. :)

My noon appointment was early, fast, efficient and pleasant experience. Staff was excellent and helpful, Rochelle was wonderful and pain free experience.

Got here today at 2:25 pm and they wouldn’t take me when they close at 2:30 the place was empty I spoke to renalda explain that is very hard for to be there before cause my job and she didn’t care will switch my order to quest this is not fare and never come here again

They don’t respect the scheduled time to prioritize patients, then why bother to ask ppl to “schedule”!? Waited more than 35 minutes over the original scheduled time… ironically, they put up a sign at the reception saying that “Checked in and waiting for more than 30 minutes? Please come to the window” well… yea… went to the window, then what? Not sure it is this particular location the receptionist is lazily slow or what. Quest next door is way more punctual! Up your game Lab Corp!!

I have been at this location two times, the ladies in the front desk have been very nice, polite, patient and kind. Laurie specially was the fastest (and least painful ) blood draw I ever received from someone. Great service!

I want to highlight the incredible attention I received from the reception staff at this laboratory. Your patience in explaining everything to me in Spanish was truly appreciated. Don't be carried away solely by poorly rated stars; I encourage you to give this place a chance. My experience was simply excellent. Thank you to the team for your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Looking at the rating right now, I understand why they have only 2 stars. I give only one because today I was treated like sxxx. I had 2 orders and my doctors told me specific that it wasn't necessary to duplicate if some of the blood test were the same since both are from Cleveland Clinic. The lady went crazy on me saying that "here we don't split". I went back to her saying that I'm not talking about splitting, I'm talking about duplicating, that is a big difference. But she didn't let me finish my explanation and scream and used a nasty tone.... I will be back....

This place was great!! No wait time. Everyone was super friendly. Samantha is the absolute best. My daughter was scared and she was super caring, gentle and friendly.
