Last time I go to this place. I noticed my dog was completely covered in blood in his mouth area, the car was stained with his blood and our clothes as well and we were confused because we were under the impression that his bit his tongue as they claimed. My dog was exhibiting concerning behavior, including excessive bleeding since 12 pm and right now it's 7:29 pm and hasn't stopped and he is also licking his paws uncontrollably. Upon closer inspection, I discovered a clear cut on the tip of his tongue. This is in direct contradiction to the explanation provided by your staff, who stated Chipi had bitten his tongue. For your reference, I have attached a picture clearly showing the cut. Due to the ongoing bleeding and Chipi's distress, we are planning to take him to the vet immediately. We are extremely worried about his health and well-being. This incident is unacceptable. My family and I were under the impression that it was a dog bite but it clearly wasn't. We entrusted to your care, and the service resulted in an injury that requires veterinary attention. We are considering pursuing legal action to recover the cost of vet bills and any potential long-term health complications arising from this incident. We request a prompt response to this email. Please explain how you plan to address this situation, including compensation for the vet visit and any future medical needs related to this injury.

Very fast in and out service. Every person there was polite and personable. We thought for sure our dog would need a muzzle because she gets nervous and angry. We were shown the video of our dog loving the services and there was no muzzle- we appreciate you!

We’ve been with Koko Bone for a few years and they have always been excellent. They have a good recall system to schedule appointments and all the groomers are phenomenal. We appreciate their service and will continue to use them for our pup’s grooming.
