It's best if you make an appointment with a designer or if you get lucky you can find one that is available. I worked with Stephanie for my tile and Josh for my vinyl floors. Both were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They will walk with you pulling the cart and samples. Providing suggestions based on your request. Have product knowledge,if not, they will find out.They know the store inside out, so you don't have to shop like a headless chicken like I did for 3 hours before I came across Stephanie at the checkout, who was kind enough to offer her help.It would be ideal if they had someone letting customers know as they enter that they have this service available.Prices are fair, with plenty of availability of product.The staff is friendly and eager to help. “I bought thousands of dollars of plumbing fixtures from Wools in 2007. My kohler bathroom trim busted and was corroded when i went to replace the valve. It was discontinued but wools still had some. Kohler sent a letter to wools and the replaced the $400. trim at no charge. Kohler also replaced a trim in my bathtub. They have a lifetime warranty for as long as you live in the house and they stand by their products. I have a double sink and would have had to replace a lot of trim to match my whole house. I appreciate Kohler and Wools plumbing”
