“My husband and I wanted a unique focal point around our pool area and viewed several nice options on www.safarithatch.com . We selected a 9 foot african reed thatch umbrella kit. We worked via phone and email with the Global Sales Manager, Todd who was very helpful and responsive answering our questions and sending quotes for several sizes and options initially for this type of umbrella. Todd knew that we wished to get everything shipped and at our property in Naples on a specific Friday so we had some time to install over the weekend. He went the extra mile to make sure that occurred. Assembly of this umbrella was enjoyable and pretty straight forward for us and I would say for most people who enjoy projects. All together, including placing and cementing the pole the first day the total project took us about three or four hours. This newly installed project is being enjoyed daily by us. “Had a great shopping experience today at this gem of a boutique I discovered in Cooper City. It was previously Lisa's Closet, and the owner sold it to one of her customers who renamed it Esoterra Boutique. I was happy to see they maintained much of the same great quality and selection of items. The previous staff still works there as well. Today I met Karen for the first time, and she was absolutely lovely. I felt as though I was shopping with one of my good friends. I dislike pushy salespeople, and she was anything but that. Only good, honest suggestions and feedback. I left with some great little pieces that I can't wait to wear. Will definitely add this new local find to my list of go-to boutiques when looking for the perfect outfit. Shop local, and support small business always! :)”

“I went “finding” at HomeGoods with myMother after I took her to lunch. A blonde curly haired woman talked me into applying for a credit card wig in was approved and though I do not like to shop; I ended up finding some cool swag to display for the Lunar New Year festival, otherwise known as Chinese New Year ( Year of the Dragon 2024) in my brokerage office. We have a worldwide international division with direct links to 20 countries so this is my jam.”

“Large parking lot. Handicap wheelchair spaces. Went looking for a hooded sweatshirt for an upcoming trip. The store is large with mens and womens clothing arranged on racks. There are shoes and other items available. No hooded sweatshirts or running jackets with hood were in stock. Good variety of long sleeve and short sleeve shirts. Pants and shorts were on the racks. So after looking at what was available , I will have to go to another location to find what I wanted to buy.”
“Came here to return two beach dresses that I changed my mind on . Waiting on line hopefully it won't be to long. At the check out line they always have food stuff to temp you . They also have mask at different prices and hand sanitiser . I threw my receipt out by mistake hopefully they can look it up on my credit card. “Love, love this place. One stop shopping for all your tile needs.The best part is you dont have to do it on your own. It's best if you make an appointment with a designer or if you get lucky you can find one that is available. I worked with Stephanie for my tile and Josh for my vinyl floors. Both were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They will walk with you pulling the cart and samples. Providing suggestions based on your request. Have product knowledge,if not, they will find out.They know the store inside out, so you don't have to shop like a headless chicken like I did for 3 hours before I came across Stephanie at the checkout, who was kind enough to offer her help.It would be ideal if they had someone letting customers know as they enter that they have this service available.Prices are fair, with plenty of availability of product.The staff is friendly and eager to help. They see you and ask if you need something.With this kind of service , I will definitely be a return customer and recommening this store.”
