My husband had called this place with the recommendation of our insurance because I had a severe asthma attack. They gave us the app at 1:30pm. I waited for several hours and we drove 35 minutes to get there. Once at the office they were still on the phone with my insurance. You know we all deal with insurance, etc. and with COVID worse. These people were mean, rude, disrespectful, they had ZERO compassion, empathy. After being in the office for several minutes talking about insurances they told me I wasn’t going to be seen. Of course the moment I talked I coughed because I CAN’T breath. They brought me the questionnaire for COVID. All answers NO but coughing and shortness of breath. They asked me to wait out of the office. I was so scared, confused, desperate for air. We were thrown in the hallway. There were other patients in the waiting room coughing. It’s an asthma and allergy center right? A nurse with the worse attitude came out in the hallway with the worst attitude, mean without compassion asking me more questions, but lecturing me while I was fighting to catch my breath. I was more desperate. I asked her to go straight to the point, that all I wanted was to breathe, she kept going, didn’t stop talking, she even made fun of me saying “but you can talk, you’re breathing” can you imagine? We were left on the floor waiting for answers if they were going to treat me. They could have brought me a chair, water, say something nice. They were the worst people. My husband and I are preparing a formal complain and we’ll go the end of this. I have a video that’s already everywhere where you can see me struggle so much. I don’t want anyone to go through something like this. Even if the insurance or COVID protocols have to be in place, you can still be decent, human, compassionate, empathetic. A word sometimes is emoji, a gesture like a glass of water, an I’m sorry. It makes a difference despite the circumstances. We finally left and found an Urgent Carte Clinic nearby and they were paradise. They had to give me a shot because my O2 was low, nebulizer, etc. They were professionals and loving and caring. My husband and I will make sure that this doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Do not come here unless you are willing to waste time and money. This is a scam and they are all over the place. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CARE!

Great doctor but that’s spoiled by completely horrible office staff. Been going here weekly for allergy shots for all of 2021 and have been unable to get my shots multiple times due to the disorganization and utter incompetence of the staff. Since every time I’m forced to miss an allergy shot due to the staff not being able to do their jobs correctly, I take a step back in my healing, i find this highly unacceptable. The staff has regularly given me incorrect information regarding everything from hours of operation, to more dangerous things like how long I need to wait between my COVID vaccines and allergy shots. In addition to this, wait times for shots are often 40+ minutes. So I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone who has an actual job that they can’t just leave for an hour plus on a weekly basis.Switching offices and hopefully will find a staff that’s capable of providing adequate care, however I’m very tempted to just switch practices all together.

Every time we have a scheduled appointment, the doctor is running at least and hour behind. The staff gets aggravated when I ask where the doctor is and when the doctor finally comes into the room, he doesn’t even apologize. I won’t be continuing to come to this office after this round of care is completed.

My wife and I have been attending this facility for the past two years and let me start off by saying the service and staff is excellent. The staff members especially, they are very friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in the door, I’m always greeted by my first name. They have always been accommodating with regards to getting a last minute allergy shot right before they close. Dr. Kfir Shamir is pleasant and informative to my every question. Ever since I’ve been receiving my monthly allergy shots, it’s changed our life completely. Thanks guys!

I have been wanting to write a review for a while because the doctor and the office staff definitely deserve that and more. I have been coming to this Weston office location for several years for my allergist appointments with Dr. Shamir and to receive my monthly shots. The service and professionalism here of the staff has been wonderful. As soon as I walk in, they greet me warmly. Cassandra is very polite in collecting my co-pay, and always asks me if I would like a receipt. I always get accurate appointment dates from the staff. Dakira, the office manager, is very pleasant and professional. She manages a very efficient staff wonderfully. The nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Dr. Shamir is a very good doctor and he demonstrates great expertise, professionalism , and great care to the patent each and every time. Because of this staff and this doctor, I have been travelling from my home in Plantation to this particular office in Weston for many years. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

The staff at the Burns Rd office was very nice and polite, they gave my daughter stickers, and all Covid protocols seemed to be followed thoroughly. Here's what you really need to be aware of before making an appointment with this group: - Make sure any testing really is covered by your insurance, and not that they're just "within your plan". A big fat bill 2 months after your appointment is a nasty surprise. - They're only open 2 days a week, which resulted in my scratch test visit taking 5 hours because they were slammed with patients. - Scratch test is $800. You have to ask, they won't tell you. My mistake for not asking. That does NOT include the fee to talk to the doctor, or to walk in the door. - Make sure if you want only a food allergy test or environmental, and not both, that you are specific, because they will go ahead and test for both without telling you until your sitting there getting scratched. - "Positive" food results will require blood work to confirm = more money and a visit to your local blood work lab. - Make sure you ask all your questions while the doctor is in front of you, they will not call you back to answer anything. - Do research on scratch test results before you make the commitment to test. Helpful hint- they're 50% accurate, on a good day. I came up allergic to chicken, which I eat almost every day. The salmon that made my face swell came up negative. Good luck!
