They are terrible, they will find any reason to upsell you a box. How you prepare or use old boxes is not good enough. They do not want to recycle - they will 100% make you buy a new box and re-box every time. Avoid - go to UPS. This particular one is the worse. They stopped a lady today because she had too much tape on the box to ship. Spend your money elsewhere.

I honestly dont know what's worse... the sales associate Matthew or the manager Luis. I went in to print a poster and Matthew was giving my mother attitude and raising his voice at her. I had to tell him to quit the attitude and not speak to my mother like that. The next day, I got a call and spoke with the manager Luis.... most inconsiderate, rude, and arrogant person ever. I told him the service I received from Matthew was unaccepotable and he bsically told me that Matthew would never speak to people like that. Yeah right. Super disappointed. Never going there again! This place doesn't even deserve the 3.1 stars they have. Ridiculous.

❔Today May 10, 2024 at 5pm I was at FedxOffice on Weston Rd. (Photo attached) At 1548 Weston Rd, Weston, FL 33326. I met a young bald employee who only worked on his cell phone and answered when he felt like it. To the people, the employee was very arrogant and without any type of education or courtesy, he treated me in a very bad way without trying to help me, only giving me instructions said reluctantly, I just wanted to print some emails through Codigo and it appeared in my cell error and their help was wrongly telling me that the emails could not be printed, with their bad recommendation I could not do what I needed and I went back to stand in line for the girl to guide me who had the best intention of helping me, but since far away in a loud voice he scolded me in a bad way telling me that if “DO YOU NEED MORE EXPICATIONS??” Seeing that I had no option to get help, I took out my card from the copier and went to another place. It is a shame that this business is in the hands of people who believe that we should wait to see if they deign to serve us. I had been a customer for more than 10 years and it was 5 stars, the business was run by friendly, polite and willing people. serve politely as a Puerto Rican Mr. who really did help the clients, BUT FROM TODAY I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT BUSINESS AGAIN!!

The manager Luis is in need of an intensive Customer Service training..He lacks of empathy towards elders and disabled customers. As a long time customer, l can say that this store went from a 5 stars to a zero stars just bc of the manager with an arrogant attitude and not valued the customers.He has no problem in telling you not to go back to his store after reading your docs (medical information). I was in shock and left the store in tears bc of the humiliation that I faced in front of other customers that were there. In total shock!!Recently, I was in need of their services on a Sunday and unfortunately the Weston UPS store was closed. With no other option available, I decided to go back to this store and for my surprise there was an extremely nice lady by the name Teresa. She is awesome! She greeted me and everyone entering the store, eager to help everyone. Extremely helpful, courteous and with genuine desire to help each customer at the store.What a huge difference from Teresa to Luis, the manager. He wouldn’t only mistreat the customers, but also the young employees in front of the customers. Sad experience.My rating is due to my experiences with the manager. I only use their services when there’s no other options available.But, after finding out that there is a new employee by the name of Teresa that makes you feel valuable and she have no problem in helping you with your needs and with a beautiful smile in her face, I had to recognized her amazing job and wonderful attitude.FedEx is in need of more employees like Teresa. The world and many people are facing a lot of life’s challenges and finding amazing customer service can truly impact someone’s life in a positive way.5 stars to Teresa and zero starts for Luis, arrogant and non-empathetic manager.

Terrible attention I received from this employee! I went to him to ask him a question regarding the printing and he yelled at me that he was TOO BUSY THAT HE COULD NOT ATTEND ME! I usually print it with the code so as not to “bother the employees” precisely because they don't know how to serve the public! But today was unacceptable! I treat with respect and that's how I would like to be treated. It would be great if they gave customer service classes to their employees.
