Had an emergency situation tonight(ona Sunday) and called Dr. Rouse office to explain what happened. He called me back within 15 minutes and I was to meet him at 9pm at his office. My husband and I were there for over an hour and Dr.Rouse did every examination of my eye issue that was possible. I've been going to him for over 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to my eyes. Thankfully he was able to figure out my eye issue which was pretty complicated and I was set up to see another specialist fitting to my specific problem. Thank you Dr. Rouse. I've trusted you for so many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

What an amazing experience! Dr. Rouse and his team were so personable and inviting. I truly felt as if I was being taken care of as family. Beyond happy to have found this amazing and true Family Eye Care office!

Dr. Rouse and his professional team work with the highest standards that any patient can expect. My daughter and I are so please with their work, In fact a drive about an hour to visit him for our yearly check out.

Eric H. Today was my first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed. I received an eye exam that was far more comprehensive than any I've received in the past. My meeting with Dr. David Rouse was informative and collegial. If you're looking for an optometry office in the area, there is no reason to search any further.

Family in the title perfectly describes how the Rouse Family Eye Center makes you feel - Just like Family! Dr. David and his team has managed to impress everyone in our family! If you are fortunate to have insurance, they handle all the paperwork to make sure you are getting the most out of your insurance. He now not only treats my wife and me but also our 25 yr old son (since he was in grade school!) and my sister. We all have unique issues and he has been instrumental in helping our family deal with the impact of Retinal detachment, treating corneal ulcers, allergies to contacts, finding the best reading and sun glasses and/or contact lenses for all of us, recommending the best surgeon and watching my Laser vision correction (real time!). WOW, I realize now, our family sounds like a mess!! HA! Actually, its life situations that happen over 15 years and it is AMAZING to have Dr. David on your side and lead a team that is only concerned with your care!

My experience was less than satisfactory. I went for both prescription sunglasses and regular glasses. Upon receiving the sunglasses the left eye vision was blurry. I expressed my concern but it was simply dismissed and was told "your eyes need to adjust". I refused to accept the glasses and demanded a refund which i did receive. Several days later my regular glasses came in. Because i do need these i accepted them but once again the left eye vision was poor. In fustration i went to another optometrist which told me the left lens did not match the prescription written. Please do not go to this optometrist. He is arrogant and will not admit to a mistake by his establishment.

I and my mom were BOTH seen at Rouse Family Eye Care, WOWZA, is all I can say. My mom was seen by Dr Clune, sweet, thorough, attentive and very professional. I was seen by Dr Rouse, and my experience was outstanding as well. As a physician I have set expectations for my care, those expectations were exceeded by far! Highly recommend!

Very over priced and they don't tell you how much your eye exam will be until you get there. Be aware how much you are going to spend before you go in. They are trying to charge Weston prices while running their business in Sunrise. Go somewhere else.
