I've come to her several times and she does a splendid job for both women and men alterations! She has also one awards for her designs and alterations - woww. This last visit, I had her alter a bridesmaids dress. At first I was just seeking to get it hemmed but then her marvelous mind suggested I also get the waist fitted and it was the best idea! My dress was finished promptly and looked great!
The location is near Broward and also sells boutique clothing. The major service is alterations. 100% recommended!!”

“I purchased a few items online for my teenage son and wanted to exchange fora smaller size. From the jump Zachary was very helpful. Scanned my items to see what was available in store and what could be shipped to my home. Nyla checked me out...at least that what her necklace said. She was very sweet and helpful. Didn't get his name but a the young man with short dark hair helped her on 8/10 @ 1:45pm, whatever his name is,he helped her with my return and size exchange. They kept apologizing for the delay but I wasn't mad at all. Usually I'm skeptical with young people in popular stores but these guys are well trained and super helpful. It was my first time in the store and I will definitely return because of the customer service. The staff was AWESOME!!!”

They offer huge discounts sometimes as much as 70%! My tip: save your receipt in the event you need to return your items. And another tip Gap Factory and Gap are two separate entities you must return/exchange in store you made your purchase. It’s a pain…I know! ? Other than that it’s a great store to find great deals! ?

I didn’t find what I was looking for, and I didn’t think the selection of those items was great, but that is to be expected at this type of retailer. It’s not their fault. I would definitely come back again. It’s the kind of place that you have to shop at pretty regularly to find what you need, as the selection varies by the day.
