Worst experience EVER.
Each representative has her own way of being useless.
Had to come twice to sign a POA because they did it wrong, same with a CD.
They made me wait passed my appointment time.
Go anywhere else,
anywhere.

Customer service is zero! Two tellers available, only one helping customers. Other one was doing whatever at his desk. When asked by the other teller to help he took another 10 minutes to help and look so inconvenienced by it. No hi, hello no thank you. Just a uh huh when I said thanks. Who ever is the branch manager here is doing a terrible job.

Good for credit card services... Terrible for loans. Last year I tried to get small loan for a condo. After almost 2 months and 3 extensions in our contract with few explanations on the delay, Citi released letter with disapproval same day for the closing. We got approved in less than 3 weeks with better APR rate in another institution.

Be careful of bank errors!! Invisible bank leadership and slow customer service. Pretty interior design, bad parking set up, and a business culture where customer service is a favor, not a job. If you are trying to reach anyone at this branch by phone or looking for excellent service in person, forget it!

Worse customer service ever. You go to the branch and they don't want to help or do anything. they always say call customer service. what is the purpose to have a branch. and now they don't take cash. A bank that doesn't take cash. horrible I'm closing all my account with them!

Buena atencií³n. Cuando entras te sientes en un país de Latinoamérica. Predomina el idioma espaí±ol. Prácticamente todos los que laboran ahí hablan espaí±ol. Se siente uno seguro en esta sucursal. Los asesores te dan excelentes recomendaciones y se ve que se preocupan por el cliente, y eso es escaso en este país. En general Citibank es un buen banco

Tellers are very professional, depending on the hours sometimes you will have lines, to talk to a personal banker is a long wait, the closing hours are very inadequate
