Hanny Rodriguez was very respectful. Her customer service was top notch, she greeted me properly, complimented my outfit, and informed me about the credit card. The place was also very neat.

Tellers are very professional, depending on the hours sometimes you will have lines, to talk to a personal banker is a long wait, the closing hours are very inadequate
