Worst branch ever, poor customer service and the cashier has no idea about how to treat a customer. Even her manager, I closed my account with Citi for these two ladies.

Miss Carolina gave me the information in dribs and drabs, leaving me waiting 30 minutes at the first appointment. His treatment was very hostile and unempathetic. 2 times and I felt very uncomfortable with his treatment. I ended up not opening the account thanks to their lack of information from the beginning.
They shouldn't have her serving the public. Very heavy.

came into the Citi on weston Rd trying to open a bus's account. sat down waiting and after 45 min waiting a female approached me asking me if she could help me. I explained I wanted to open an account and she took my information including my phone number. she stated someone was going to be calling me. that was about 2 months ago and never received any calls. Today I came in trying again. sat down waiting for someone to help me. 40 mins later still sitting waiting without anyone even asking me if I needed help. The best part is I already have accounts with them. I guess they don't want new business? about to close my curre accounts with them. just wondering how long I'm going to have to wait for that???

I made an appointment online with Alessandra Pontes. She called 2 days before and left VM to talk about the appointment but didn’t have the curtesy to tell me that she was cancelling the appointment. I called her back twice and never received a call back. I show up on my appointment day and time and have the teller tell me that she didn’t come in today. I check my emails and messages and there was nothing. I can’t understand how they can’t call and ask to change the date and time. Terrible service

Cant talk to the so called personal banker. Even after emailing and calling their number. Agree with all the negative reviews. Really horrible customer service. Even made a phone appointment but no one called me???

I wanted to withdraw my money and they made me feel like I was a thief, for wanting to withdraw 10k cash it took 45 minutes.
