weston location is not what it used to be. Very dissapointing! I opened a new account in a different bank. I didn't even want to but I was left without an option. My company accounts will now be a different bank.

It’s so nice to have a go-to bank and a go-to guy who can clearly explain things and quickly help you with your accounts. For my wife and I, this is that kind of location with that kind of employee.
Kendrick Merlos is excellent at what he does and always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I just had an amazing experience at this Chase Bank branch. Ana Wade is excellent and the product she recommended to me was exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased with the service I received from her that I was inspired to share it publicly. She went out of her way to help me and her Spanish and smile are beautiful.

My husband and I love this location, it’s always clean and everyone is very friendly. Any time we have come here there were short waiting times.
When we need to sit down to see a banker we always see Kendrick Merlos, he is the best!! Very honest and knowledgeable. He always follows through on anything he says and explains everything clearly. We love that he goes the extra mile and gives you tips on things you may not know. He’s helped us open a joint account in the past, advised us on how to open a business, and then when we were ready he helped us open our first business checking and savings accounts. He explained the full process step by step and we never felt like we were being rushed. Thank you Kendrick for always providing us with excellent service, you’re an asset to Chase!

My wife and I went over to this branch to open up a joint bank account which should have been a fairly simple process since we had all of our prerequisites with us. Jocelyn, the person who was supposed to help us had a problem with our mail having a comma between mine and my wife’s name even though clearly it was our names and we had id’s to prove it. For some reason she wanted to make a bigger deal than what it was and turned us away saying that it was a security issue and that it would need to be fixed. We went to our utilities bill office literally right after and had them print out a confirmation bill with our names on it and went back to the bank and she still wouldn’t accept it, she wouldn’t even meet with us to speak with us directly. As a result we scheduled an appointment with another chase bank down the road and it wasn’t a problem opening one at all. She wasted our time trying to be difficult and I would advise finding another banker if you have any appointments with Jocelyn.

Terrible service on behalf of the manager, made an appointment at the bank for 3pm and they simply decide to cancel because they need a re-confirmation of the appointment made the same day, incredibly rude and unprofessional, this urgently needs new management and personal, is the worst sucursal I’ve visited so far, complete disappointment

Be careful!! alert, danger foreigners, the bank chase ATM machines are from another company and no one is responsible for the money you withdraw through them from your country of origin, they discount your bank of origin but the ATM DOES NOT DELIVER THE MONEY. It only gives you a receipt where they confirm that YOUR MONEY WAS NOT DELIVERED IN CASH OR DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH YOU CALL AND COMPLAINE, BECAUSE THE MONEY did not leave the chase bank and the receipt that the machine gives you the company that manages these maquinas DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN WITH A RECEIPT IN HAND WHERE THE MACHINE CONFIRMS THAT I DID NOT DELIVERY THE MONEY.
