The team at Best Shape are a wonderful group of people. They are always profesional and excellent service.Maria is a gem! She listens to your goals and goes above and beyond in helping you achieve them. I've seen results from her that I sincerely thought were not achievable.Definitely a great experience for me and I highly recommend them.

I read all the reviews thinking I would have a great experience here and I had an awful experience. They texted me stating I had two complimentary body sculpting sessions do I decided to schedule an appointment. I spoke to someone on the phone and explained my trouble area Is my double chin due to genetics and the person on the phone clearly stated we could work on that in your complimentary visit. So I come in Christine explains the machines and I clearly express to her my trouble area is my double chin and some arm fat. And they proceed to do a body wrap and some kind of laser wrap on my stomach area. This is not what I came here for. So I explain to them I came here for double chin treatment and they start explaining the complimentary visit didn’t include that. Wow thank you why didn’t you start with that and I wouldn’t have wasted two hours of my time on a “sweat wrap” that you can obviously do at home. Then Christine explains that the machine to target my double chin area would be $50 dollars per session. I wanted to laugh. If they would’ve told me from the beginning I would have purchased many sessions to target my double chin area. $50 is nothing to me I would’ve gladly purchased a treatment if they started with that from the beginning. Ran out of the office upset and they very obviously didn’t care. I will be letting everyone know of this terrible place.

This place is beautiful, cozy, and the music is always relaxing. The best treatments, with great results. They are professionals, friendly and always making sure the customer is happy. They are following all protocols and you can feel completely safe over there.I highly recommend it.

I'm so pleased to have found such a wonderful place for body treatment. They offer a great deal of them, for different needs. I have tried so far about 3 different methods and I'm very pleased, it works ! Consistency is key but with those treatments, you know you'll go an extra mile. Staff is wonderful to make sure you'll get what you're looking for at the end of the day.

I found this place to be excellent ! Excellent management! I could not find in other places I tried before. The staff is knowlegeable and kind. The nutritionist really guides you and keep you on track, on the discipline you need to make the change you are looking for your new lifestyle. Esthetic treatmentd are fabulous! I recommend this place to someone looking for weight lost and feel great!

Facility is clean and workers are very nice when inside, but it's a mission to get any updates from them as far as appointments are concerned outside of the building.
