To ask a simple question that what document would be needed for minor account opening. They do not have time and bank is closing in 10 minutes. They do not care about the business. I am the premier customer for past 25 years never had such a bad experience with Bank of America that this is only the branch where this is happening otherwise, I have to take my banking somewhere else.

I should definitely close the accounts at Bank of America... this branch is the same... 1 teller can deposit a nonton of money and 35 minutes waiting for 1 or 2 people... they work like 10 but only 1 teller... there is than running to other banks, Bank of America 10 years ago was something else, now I can't even come close...

I don't often have the need to go inside of a bank, but this weekend I needed to make a quick stop and got on the teller line. I was in line for about 10 minutes and then was quickly assisted. No complaints.

Great experience! I had an issue with a wire transfer and showed up without an appointment. Camilo Montoya did everything he could to help resolve my issue and even followed up with me over a few weeks until my issue was resolved. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with Camilo.

This review is only based on my lending experience with the Credit Solutions Advisor Ana. Ana took time to understand my needs, was always available to answer my questions and help me get there. I definitely recommend Ana for her outstanding efforts. I would go to this branch for Ana, however I didn't get the same treatment from others.
