“I have banked with BOA for well over 20 years. I have established a relationship with some of the staff at this location. I have always believed you get treated in the same way you treat people. On rare occasions this does not work, a wise man once told me never waste time with Tenderfoots always go to the Eagle Scouts! Fortunately I have always with no exception received excellent service at this branch. BOA is changing and they are becoming less customer friendly with various new policies and changes. No more drive thru banking, you need appointments for most anything over a deposit or withdrawal and staffing is being cut etc...This is not the branches fault its corporates fault. While I do not agree with these changes, I have learned to go with the flow and if I need something I make an appointment.”

Had a pleasure of opening another bank account more suitable for my needs Thanks to Carlos and he was super efficient and thorough! Also they can do notarizations for you in a flash! Highly recommend this location! They also spray the counter tops and wipe them down with anti bacterial wipes after every customer so your health is put at first here!!!
