“We have a beautiful townhouse, in a very pleasant environment, it’s a very safe and well kept community. What we pay for HOA covers water, gas, and internet for tv access. The building is fully insured and the grounds very well kept, a two car garage keeps my car clean and safe, the amenities of the club house are great and so are the pools. I can go on and on about this place next to a major shopping center, grocery stores and movies. If one wants to be negative about Artesia, it’s a free country.”
“Living in Lakepointe at Jacaranda was a true privilege. My one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment overlooked the serene lake, providing daily inspiration as I worked remotely. The community exuded tranquility, with private entrances for each apartment and lush natural surroundings. Special recognition goes to staff members Valentina and Carolina, whose exceptional communication and support made my entire lease experience exceptional.”

“My move in experience with Marela Apts was excellent! The Leasing Rep Natasha was so helpful, pleasant, and accommodating from the tour of the apartment all the way to the move in day! She really supported me and helped me a lot with my application process, ensuring that it went through! Thank you again, Natasha, for everything!!! The other staff, Leasing Rep, Gloria, Assistant Mgr, Nancy, and Property Mgr Tanya, were all so personable, friendly, and genuinely took an interest in ensuring that I was enjoying my apt. All were very professional and provided excellent customer service. The property manager ensured that all of my kitchen appliances were upgraded as the apt had older models. I was so blown away by that and appreciate her for doing this!! Thank you again, Tanya! The property grounds are well kept, and the community is diverse, peaceful, and quiet. The asthetics of the bldg are very nice as well. The amenities are great, and the location is central to I75, the turnpike, malls, movies, restaurants, etc. I made a great decision moving here, and I would highly recommend this place as a place to live!”
“I have been a long-term resident of Golfview Flats and during my time I have seen management come and go several times. I would say Snow Realty is the third or so during my time and out of all of them they have been the best, improving the residency here both effectively and on a structural level.
This review from me has been overdue for a while and there is a particular reason why. Late one night (around midnight) the neighboring unit just above mine was leaking water down through my ceiling and the walls to the side, essentially threatening to flood my unit. The usual go-to maintenance worker was out of town, the neighbors upstairs couldn't be reached despite knocking on their door, and being that it was late I was almost hopeless. I had sent off a text to the maintenance worker I was familiar with but had minimal expectations of a solution in time.
It was an hour past midnight when I got an unexpected knock at my door. I opened it up to find that another maintenance worker was there, he took a look around and told me he would be back shortly. About thirty minutes later he reappeared with a wet vac in tow and even a family member who was observing. Turns out he had been out at a party that night and dropped everything to fix the problem. And thank goodness for that because at that point I was probably about up to my ankle in water within the master bedroom and the hallway. More than an hour later and with much effort the water had been dealt with using the wet vac and several other methods. This would not be the end of it as the whole place was damp and dealing with the after effects of near flooding, so he hooked me up with a dehumidifier. Several days later the place would finally be bone dry and I have remembered that overall as the moment my respect was earned.
I have recently been to the pool area and from what I have seen the quality is better than it was previously, with a fine and non-slip material being used. This is in comparison to the past when the pool was largely underutilized by previous management, going mostly uncared for. When there are issues around the complex they are dealt with such as the time the sewer pipes beneath the building had to be replaced. We have a monthly pest extermination service that is provided to help keep the units pest free. I have been comfortable here for the past while and I think the current management is significantly responsible for why my stay has been good as of late.”
“I lived here from 2019 to 2022 management office always answered very professional maintenance hardly never unit was very good no problems when i called they took care of the problem due to increase in rent in Florida would've stayed really enjoyed this place. If I ever move back will definitely consider”

“I don't personally live here but recently I wished that i had gotten in when I had the chance. The grounds and surrounding areas have been transformed in recent months. When we visited over Christmas I was so happy to see that front drive in such a festive theme. I inquired with one of my housekeeping friends and she told me that the new Grounds Department Manager Scott B. is the reason the place looks so fantastic. I haven't met Scott yet but I cant wait to shake his hand. My elderly friends are so happy to be able to see out their windows again and feel the fresh breezes again. The grounds look like a botanical garden with all the fresh growing flowers. The property is simply beautiful.”

“I recently had the pleasure to speak to the new assistant manager Christian regarding an addition to my lease and a banking issue. I walked in the office even though the secretary was present , and greeted me with a smile. the manager also came out …greet, hear my concerns attentively, made eye contact and guide me with a positive response. I also had the pleasure to interact with the maintenance supervisor for the first time for a yearly walkthrough of the apartment which name I cannot recall, he was also very friendly , professional, and asked if I had any concerns or issues with the apartment . The level of professionalism truly took me by surprise, that’s a pure definition of respect, service and excellence!”
