Echo back other reviewers who weren't local customers. They may have priority to take care of the locals. I was deceived by the near perfect review score and came to rent a road bike for a day during visit. I was given a aluminum bike while both contract and receipt showed a carbon bike. Not sure it was a honest mistake or an intended deception. The receipt and the contract were held on by them until I returned the bike. Besides, the front derailleur was off. I had to stopped a couple of times to manually guide the chain onto the large chainring. Greasy fingers were not fun. Experience was soso.

Jesus provided help over the phone. He asked for photos, got back to me quickly, and even contacted the manufacturer to determine exactly what was needed. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend working with him.

I've had only positive experiences with Alex's. I've been a customer since they opened in Davie. I trust their expertise for repairs and accessories. All the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. Aaron recently got my 2 e-assist bikes back on the road after they were damaged when the bike rack failed and they tumbled down the road at 50mph.
They are as good as new.
He actually was in contact with the insurance company to document the damage. I was extremely grateful. The cost would have been very reasonable, but after Aaron communicated with them they covered the cost.
Affordable, Courteous, Professional and Quick service repairs.

Alex‘s bikes is one of the best bike shop experiences I’ve had over my 16 years of riding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Alex himself does the fittings, which if you need I highly recommend you go to Alex. He really knows what he’s doing, and looks at all aspects of your riding. The session even includes a slow motion capture of your pedaling before and after the adjustment. He even checks your cleats to see if they’re aligned properly. Extremely thorough and the entire time Alex explains every single thing that he’s doing, and why it’s important to you. If I could give Alex’s a 10 on this site, I would give him a 12!

Super knowledgeable sales team, great service team and Alex’s vibe and knowledge fitting you to that bike is unparalleled to any other fitting I have had.
I left the shop smiling and happy. It’s worth the 49 min drive from Boca.
